Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Would rate this 0 stars. TERRIBLE customer experience!! My order was cancelled because the driver "couldn't find my address"...I placed my order around 10:30pm and in the comments I wrote EMERGENCY Room 🙄(how hard is it to find the ONLY EMERGENCY Room in Manassas?!?!?). Papa John's tracker said my order should arrive by 11:10 pm. Called the store around 11:30 PM to see where my order was. The So called "store manager" told me she cancelled my order bc the driver could not find my address and had already left for the night. It sounded to me like the driver didn't even make an effort to try and deliver my order and was in a hurry to go home... and to make things worst the manager was taking the drivers side the entire time. She didn't apologize and had an attitude the entire time. She just told me she would refund my money or send my pizza but the wait time for delivery would be an 1 1/2 hrs long. I just canceled and ordered from elsewhere. I was still charged for the pizza I never got...so now I have to call my bank and dispute this charge. I have always ordered from this papa John's location and never had any issues until now ... This will be the LAST TIME I order...

Pizza took 30-40 minutes to be delivered, I called in and asked where was it because it had said out of delivery for over 20 mins. , I was told my order was 3 out of 3, I understood the wait but I was in a bit of a hurry, I needed to get to work. Usually I don't have a problem with papa johns; I had to leave and left my brother to receive the pizza and money for tip. Pizza delivery guy called me and asked if it was okay for my brother to receive it, i said yes... he asked me if he was going to give him tip or if I was going to put it through my credit card, I said no because my brother had his tip... a second later my brother calls me and tells me that this man is almost demanding tip; he said "where is my tip" "give me my tip" "put the tip through the credit card" ... I said "don't give the tip then... that's not how it works". Being rude doesn't get you anywhere... I called the store and spoke to the manager, the manager was also rude, he gave me an attitude defending the delivery man which is understandable but you can at least offer apologies.... after all the delivery man didn't even give my brother a receipt and...

I've never seen a pizza place before with a bunch of drivers illegally parking in the front of the store right in front of the door with at least 10 signs right there saying "No parking or standing in fire lane." It's dangerous as people walking on any side of your illegally parked vehicles cannot be seen by oncoming traffic or vice versa and creates a hazard. And of course that lane is for fire trucks and first responders, not for drivers who think they are above the law. Most pizza places have their drivers park behind the store which is the quickest way to deliver anyway and requires the least walking by drivers or they could park in the parking spaces in the front passed the fire lane. Your drivers doing that shows disrespect for the law and safety for all entering and exiting the building and a lack of control over them from management. Picture below.
