Pho Saigon — Restaurant in Manassas

Ordered takeout. The staff was nice and welcoming, which I appreciated. The bill came out to around $52 for two pho combos and two orders of crispy rolls — a price that’s pretty average these days, so no complaints there.

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once I got home. After setting everything up, I realized there were no pho sauces included — neither the hoisin (brown) nor the sriracha (red) sauce. I called to let them know, and while they did apologize, that was just the start of the disappointment.

I bit into the crispy roll and was hit with an overwhelming saltiness. The texture also felt overly processed — like something mass-produced rather than freshly made. Then came the pho, and I was genuinely shocked at how bland the broth was. I took a few more bites, mostly out of hunger, but ended up apologizing to my family for bringing home such a poor meal.

I wouldn’t have minded the $52 if the food had been decent, but the lack of flavor, missing sauces, and overly salty rolls made the whole experience feel like a rip-off. Sadly, I won’t...

My absolute hands-down favorite pho place in all of Northern Virginia. While there is plenty of good and even great pho places in the area, Pho Saigon has that extra special something which separates it from the rest. Its atmosphere is the perfect combo between cozy and comfortable, not too large to be loud or overbearing but plenty of room at the tables to organize your gigantic bowl of pho and accouterments. The broth alone is something out of a culinary dream, I cannot explain how perfectly balanced the soup is here. The meat choices are phenomenal and are well cut, not to mention they have Ox Tail which will take your bowl to the next level!. Healthy offerings of add-ons for your soup, and they have house-made chili sauce and lemongrass sauce which further separates this place from just a pho joint into the realm of a culinary destination. From the moment me and my family walked in that place the waitress was so rude and unprofessional. Discrimination was acted soon us as we were ask to serve our own drinks as we were waiting for our order to be taken. As we are setting down we are experiencing how others clients were served with better actitud. After that inside the I ask the waitress if I could get a high chair for my daughter and he literally just told me to go and get it my self from the back room. We were never asked if we needed anything else as we were there. This has been the most rude and disrespectful place that I have ever visited. Not only that but both the waitress enjoyed talking about us in a language that we couldn’t understand and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
