Aspen Highlands — Local services in Manchester

We had been in Aspen Highlands since 2017 and for 5 years, our stay was wonderful. It was very quiet with a nice balcony view, the neighbors we interacted were also good & considerate. When we moved out the property manager was very helpful, cleared all doubts. I heard bad experiences of move out charges,about how people didn't get their deposit back but all that was not true in my experience. We tried our best & cleaned the apartment thoroughly, And yes there were some minor wear off but as we left the apartment in very clean condition, got our full security deposit back with zero charges. It has been a month since we moved Love the place It’s nearby to Walmart, Shoppes at buckland hills and lot of other stores It’s located in the best area of the city Manchester Maintenance is good and quick It’s just I feel at this cost it could have been more luxurious compared to other apartments in this area Gym needs to be a little big with more exercise machines in it Kitchen space is little small Carpet needs to be changed seems bit rough If you live on ground floor the patio is of no use as you have all shredded leaves,spiders,webs as a guest all time The entry door to your building should have phone unlocking access Rest I love this place as it feels like home just it could have been more luxury...

SCAM APARTMENTS!!! Do not move in. I moved out because I had to accept a job in another state, I paid all legal fees and they NEVER paid me back my remaining security deposit. Fast forward a year later....still no trace of my money. An absolute scam of a company. I have proof of them calling me one day asking where to send my remaining security deposit amount to the next day, making up a $600 charge I do not owe.
