I came to the chipotle having high hopes for my splendid dinner, waiting for me. I entered the chipotle and no one was there. It looked like they abandoned it. I was very terrified, shaking my little leg. I noticed that there were only online orders when this man that was a worker said “online orders only” in a very mean voice it made me a little sad. My lips started to tremble tears. I made a mobile order and we had to wait for a whole 30 minutes for a burrito, a bowl and some tacos. When my bag arrived I checked to see if everything was there. They were missing one of my cups so I had to wait in this long aggravating line for one singular cup when they finally gave it to me. It was a kitty cup. Do you think I’m a kitty? I’m literally a grandma I’m 82 years old. I don’t know what is going on in your head. I filled my cup and the little table with drinks was disgusting. I dumped it out and chose lemonade instead. The lemonade tasted bad too, so I just got water I went outside to go sit and eat my food finally with my grandchildren, and I noticed that the atmosphere was very tiny. There were three tables one circular table and two square tables I decided to sit down with my beautiful grandchildren, and we opened our lunch. I looked I mean our dinner I looks, looked behind me and noticed that the trashcan was overfilling. That is not very deer. Mindful it made me almost cry again. I was already having a rough day because my husband divorced me a couple hours before. my little grandson that is three years old tried his beans in his bowl and said they were too spicy. Did I order spicy beans? No, I ordered the no beans that you ordered right my next grandchild that is about 15 years old ordered soft shell tacos we opened it. They were just random hard shells in the bowl with a taco stuff on the side. Are you really that lazy did not put together a taco. I tried my burrito. It was splendid. I was so happy. It made me feel my eyes with tears of joy. I was so ready. I was chomping out my burrito with my sour cream. It was delicious Out but then my grandchildren looked at me. I looked down. My dentures were in his bowl. I said oh my gosh I’m so sorry. Let me take that for you. Then I ate the rest of my burrito. I didn’t know where to throw up my trash because like I said before the trashcan was overfill it filling so I had to take my own hand hands and bring my trash from the chipotle store to my house. Do you know how disgraceful that is? I almost cried again. well, that’s it. I hope you enjoyed my review and hopefully it...
Read moreThis is my first time writing a review for ANYTHING and I must admit that I am extremely disappointed in Chipotle (specifically the one located in Manchester). I went to pick up my order at 7:00 PM today (arrived 15 minutes early). There was a crowd of people waiting for their online orders inside, so I figured it may take some time for them to call my name. I patiently waited for my turn for thirty minutes, but started to get impatient after I realized that people who had literally just walked in were picking up their orders in an instant, whereas I, who had been waiting for half an hour, did not get my name called. I checked the counter multiple times to see if my bag was there.... it wasn't. I waited and waited, and eventually it was 8:00 PM. At this point, I could not stand waiting any longer. I went up to the counter and politely told one of the workers that my order was at 7:00 PM and I had been waiting for my name to get called. Do you want to know what she told me? "You should have come up to the counter earlier and told us." Excuse me? I, THE CUSTOMER, should have gone up to the counter when the workers were supposed to call the CUSTOMER'S name when their order is ready? She was really trying to blame ME for patiently waiting for my name to get called. The reason why I did not come up to tell them earlier was because they were extremely busy and I figured other people were probably in the same situation as me and were waiting for their turn as well. I didn't argue back, though, I wish I had. And shoutout to the 2 males who also complained at the workers for dealing with the same thing.
I am not sure what these workers were doing... they COMPLETELY forgot about my order. If I had not walked up to them at 8:00, I would have been there all night. I understand that they were really busy, but I am PAYING for my food to be received in a timely manner. These workers were literally taking their time making the food as if the customers have all the time in the world. There should be no excuses.
I will not be coming to this Chipotle anymore. And for anyone else who is reading this review, I also recommend you do not come, unless you want to wait hours for your order to be made by some rude staff. I highly advise everyone to go to ANY other Chipotle but the one in Manchester :) Have a...
Read moreSaturday, July 14, 2024 . 3:30 PM I should have left as soon as I saw how dirty the place was, unfortunately I had had a long day and wanted to have a delicious plate of carnitas. Then I realized that only one person was serving food, and another was coming and going from the back and taking the time to charge customers. So I thought, wow, they're short staffed, maybe many employees called out , and I empathized with them, and made the decision to wait and stand in a long line, at least 13 people in front of me. Finally, after more than 20 minutes of waiting, when I started to order my plate, the employee literally threw the ingredients of the food I ordered onto my plate, she had a terrible attitude and was very rude, she did the same with my husband's order, and when he was ordering chips and guacamole, but she didn't even let him finish talking and responded, no, no . We don't have chips nor do we have fountain drinks, very rudely. Thus all the empathy I had with the staff at the beginning ended. I pay for my food, which certainly isn't cheap, and all I want is friendly service, a clean place, and well-prepared food. I started taking photos of the food stalls because they were ridiculously dirty to file a complaint, then the girl rudely asked me why I was taking photos, I replied that I was taking the photos because the place was very dirty and that I was going to file a complaint , to which she replied: then don't come here, you can leave and she waved at me saying GOODBYE. My husband asked to speak to the manager, she went to the back and came back saying the manager wasn't coming out and we had to leave the place. In the meantime, I was taking a video of the soda fountain, because it was also dirty, no napkins, no soda, …. Then she came to me and had the audacity to come on top of me and try to take my phone. My husband had to stand in the middle because otherwise he would hit me. I was so afraid of this person that I preferred to leave the place. Everything was recorded on video as evidence. I couldn't believe what had happened and the bad time my husband and I had. I hope a real manager can take over if this pace, and hired people with good customer’s service and...
