One if the best dinning experiences I have had from start to finish. Short review: Service was great for any and all diet needs and the food was amazing and cooked in a timely manner. It's obvious how much time was put into making this place a streamlined operation. Would highly recommend. Very long review: I went on a Friday night and got seating for two right away. The staff was very friendly from the start and dressed nicely. I was surprised by their allergy statement on their menu. To summarize: they take allergies very seriously as all staff are trained and willing to accommodate as best as possible for each person's needs. They have gluten free menus for those who need it and before we ordered our waitress made sure to ask if they were any allergies in our group. I have never had a waiter ask that before and was glad I didn't have to interrupt their flow to inform them of my allergy. This service was beyond what I have experienced before as there was no hassle at all. I ordered the food I wanted and they made sure to accommodate for my allergy. This alone is worth 5 stars. The food: For an appetizer we had the spinach artichoke dip bowl. It tasted great and the bread was to die for. The only thing that bothered me is I would have liked the artichokes cooked more as some weren't hot. But that didn't take away from the overall dish as it was amazing. For the entree I got the "cure" burger with onion strings. The burger was cooked just how I wanted and everything on the burger went so well together. It was nice and juicy with every bite. It was absolutely incredible to eat. The strings were nice as well and what you would expect from a place like this. Overall the food experience was amazing and well worth the money. Not to mention it only took 20 mins for our food to be cooked. This is by far the quickest service at this high quality. I would highly recommend 110 to anyone that asks or doesn't, the service was incredible and the food was to die for. I will be sure to come back with friends and family.

6:30 on a Sunday me and the lovely wife go in on her birthday, let's keep in mind. They tell me they are no longer accepting anymore walk ins. But we can sit at the bar if we'd like. Restaurant is 50% full. This is my first time ever going to 110 and I will never return. I myself a culinary graduate, chef and ran kitchens by myself have never heard of such an excuse. Everyone is short staffed get over it. We are short staffed so we aren't taking anymore walk ins for the night? 110 is trash off to the farm we go! Sept 2 me and the wife decided to revisit the 110 and give them a chance. Surely with those prices the food must be pretty good. Boy was I mistaken. Here's your $40 dollar dirty grill flavored steak with mushrooms you didn't add to it, cold mashed potatoes, overcooked broccoli, and poor presentation. The guest eat with their eyes first 110. My $40 dollar ribeye was 60% Fat and when ordered medium rare was given a rare steak. Totchos were okay. Meatloaf was good, presentation was not. Tuscan, copper door, and I can't believe I'm going to say it yes even Applebee's blow 110 out of the water.

4 stars is a perfect score for 110 Grill. This is a local chain and is very good, although not really special. I came for a business dinner as it was close to the Residence Inn and recommended by the hotel. They have a good, although small, selection of local craft beers and a fairly large menu. I would recommend they scale back the number of dishes and really focus on a few great items. They do have option for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free. The waiter made a point to ensure we didn’t have any food allergies and I feel the flexibility to cater to each diner is impressive. I ordered the fried chicken with Gnocchi which was very, very, good. The portion was large and should have taken some of it to go, but it was too good. The bill was ~$90 with tip for two people including drinks, so I think the pricing is moderate. I would definitely go back, and likely order the fried chicken again.

I try to only post good reviews of places, to be a cheerleader, not a complainer. This one, though...meh. Visited for 21st wedding anniversary, our second time eating indoors since March, so we were excited. Made an online reservation (have the confirmation on an email. Dinner for 2 people, for 4:00). Got there ten minutes early, waited a couple of minutes before anyone came over to the host table, and had a grumpy hostess who seemed to be confused by our reservation. Set up a booth for four people and left to get a server. When she returned, she huffed that apparently she was going to have to be our server. I told her we were the only two eating so she could remove the other two places and she told us our reservation was for four people. We said, nope just two of us for 4:00...maybe you thought four people but was 4:00? She said that no, we were supposed to be there at 3:30, for four people. (???) Again, we even now still have the confirmation that shows it correctly. We just laughed it off and said sorry we are lame just the two of us, it's our anniversary... ...but she was grumpy and seemed annoyed with us. She did help accommodate by assisting with modifying fried pickles(app) to have a vegan batter, which was awesome. (They were DELICIOUS!!!) They were out of the bourbon hubby ordered, and the drinks were very watered down. Mostly ice. Asked for waters with second drink orders and got the drinks but no waters. The dinners looked plain and bland but were actually good and the portions of both the apps and the dinners were really generous! The price was spot on, not pricey at all. I think with two apps, four booze drinks, and two entrees it came to $107, which seemed very reasonable. The outside patio looked beautiful. The reason for the mediocre review is mostly just because of the attitude/vibe of the staff. I watched them and there seems to be an underlying unhappiness of the staff there. They were tense with each-other, unsmiling, and snippy. Which is probably why our host, turned server, was snippy with us. I overheard a bartender snip at a customer, too, so it wasn't just our gal. I don't know if it's just because of Covid stress or if this is the usual vibe here but it kinda put a damper on our big anniversary dinner out. Stinks to go somewhere and feel like everyone is angry at each-other and then annoyed that you are even there. We went to another place after dinner, for another drink before our visit to the Palace, and the difference between the contentment of the staff was huge. I will probably still have us visit here again, just so if things seem more friendly next time, I can leave a better review. 😊 PS: editing to add: hubby reminded me to mention, for anyone that would want to know: the cooks didn't wear masks. The tiny staff room/pantry, where the servers congregated, to grab stuff they needed, was crowded and most took masks off while in there. Noticed a gal behind the bar, stocking glasses, with no mask. Just mentioning for those that wouldn't be comfortable in...

As someone who frequents 110, tonight's experience was enough for me not to return. The experience started off being sat on the patio at a wobbly high top which we had hoped wasn't a sign for how the rest of our experience would go. Bill came and dropped our app after about 15 minutes which wasn't a big deal it was a busy night however we hadn't seen our server in about 30 minutes, we brought up the issue about the table and Bill moved us to another with no problem after being sat at our new table another waitress came over to grab our drinks because Kristen our original server was "swamped" with tables again no big deal, drinks came out about 20 minutes later and I sent my drink back for another and waited about 30minutes for a lemon drop, another server brought it out and apologized saying she had seen the drink sitting and figured she would run it for Kristen, once again not a problem. About 15 minutes later another server came and said she would be taking over for Kristen she took our order and let us know she had put our order in the POS for Kristen and would have her transfer the table to her, I asked Coda another server who was frequenting our table in an attempt to make the experience somewhat better for a manger just to let them know about the experience and Bill came over and offered nothing but excuses as to why we had had so many different servers attempt to help. He had told me that they had gone down to closers and that's why we had seen about 4 different servers but as someone that has worked in the industry I understand that when cuts are made you are still responsible for your table. After giving us the run around he said he would be back with our food, the food came and my fries were cold and brown bill took them and brought out a new batch about 10 minutes later. 20 or so minutes goes by and Kristen the server who was supposed to be taking care of us but was only at our table a total of 5 minutes the entire visit came out of nowhere to conveniently drop the check(suddenly she's no longer swamped nor cut) and collect her tip, after dropping the check we waited another 20 minutes for her to pick up the book which ended up being picked up by Coda, once brought to her we waited another 20 minutes to get the book back. This location is convenient but that kind of service makes it hard to want to spend money there, we will be going to other locations...

Went in to pickup order gave my name. People coming in after me were taken care of. When there was a lull I asked well are you going to check on my take out order? She look up and said what was your name again? Then the queen(as in "behave in an unpleasantly superior way towards someone") Tim who was taking an order on the phone pipes in on something that was NONE of his business to make a rude remark! I said fine I’ll never come here again. He felt the need to say that’s fine don't!

I understand your busy but one should accommodate a customer who has waited for their turn upon them instead of ignoring till they felt like doing their job! Food is OK but other establishments are just as good if not better! BTW this is the 2nd time I have dealt with their lack of customer service! You should be happy you’re busy! Just remember your job relies on customers! Keep acting immature Queen Tim and you’ll be looking for another field that will tolerate your short comings! Grill 101 knows how to take your order and money. They just don’t know how to give you what you paid for!

Update: When I got home that night I was missing food and called immediately and spoke with Sara the manager who I dealt with regarding the staff who did nothing. Her reply was to come back and get it! I said I wanted my account credited. She said she would. When I saw they charge my account on Monday I called back on Tuesday and again I got Sara she knew who I was and said she did it that night but it can take up to 7-10 days. Well today, almost 2 weeks later still no credit. I called again but ask for the next step after manager and was told Chris but she wasn't there. I was told she is suppose to be in on Friday at 5pm but that's not a guarantee that she'll show up. I then said I wanted to speak with the owner but they aren't available. I left my number but I don't have any expectations given my experience with this restaurant! I did call my credit card company to find out Sara never credited my account! Now that's not only lying that is flat out STEALING SARA!

Flash in the pan existence! Enjoy...
