I can't believe I've taken this long to review this place. I discovered Queen City Cupcakes when I first moved here about a year and a half ago. They are hands down the most delicious, moist, flavorful cupcakes you will ever have the joy to eat. I have tried numerous different flavors, and have never been disappointed with any of them. They have rotating flavors, and their website lists their weekly scheduled flavors so you can see what flavors they have each day, and decide when you want to go in and grab your favorites. Gluten-free options are also available. The cupcakes are bigger than normal cupcakes as well. They also do pre-orders for holidays, and will say in advance the flavors they're going to have. I pre-ordered a bunch of cupcakes for Thanksgiving last year and they were all delightful. Lastly, they have a loyalty stamp card, so for every cupcake you buy, once you fill the card you can get a free cupcake. I've gone through several of those already. I've casually visited Queen City Cupcakes for random little treats and always been overjoyed with how tasty everything is. For the first time, I ordered bulk cupcakes for an event and couldn't be happier with the service! I filed out the online form and THAT DAY I got a call about my order. I love how detailed everything is on their website. They answer every question you could possibly have like cupcake sizing, pricing, and detailed flavor descriptions. It really gives you a chance to think your order over without feeling overwhelmed with decision in person or on the phone. They even have information on if the cakes need to be refrigerated. If you do have any extra questions they are more than happy to jump on a call and answer anything you need. They answered all of my allergy questions and were very accommodating with my cupcake needs. I've tried other bakeries in Manchester and none have the same level of customer service and transparency. We had Queen City Cupcakes provide our wedding cupcakes last month, and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of their delicious offerings, as well as their delivery and setup service! In the months before our wedding, we enjoyed the chance to try many of Queen City's flavors, and they do offer a complimentary 4-flavor tasting when you book them (we wound up trying many more flavors on several other visits to the storefront, which is also very cool on its own!). We wound up choosing Samoa, Creamsicle, Fluffernutter, and Chocolate Raspberry! Additionally, we were pleased that Queen City offered gluten-free and vegan cupcakes for our guests with dietary restrictions, and both of these can be combined into a single cupcake, which makes things easier when planning a big event like a wedding! Chelsea was very communicative and easy to work with. She talked to us on the phone before our wedding and also communicated with our venue to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day!
