I had to pan two watches. I was in the hospital with skin cancer an my loan was a little late. I went there today. They already had my watches for sale. One had a deposit and the other one was available. My loan was $60 for two Invicta watches. I offered the higher price because I was late. They refused. I could buy 1 back for more than my loan for two watches. They has no compassion or caring about my illness and they took advantage of some who was sick. That’s not the was businesses should run. I understand you need to make a profit. However taken advantage of someone who is sick is just absolutely despicable. Hopefully they will read this and try to make it right but I’m going to blast them on every site that I can find because they are a rip off! They try to offer me other watches that were at retail the cost more than what they are brand new. There is someone there who has to make some effort to make this right. I was very ill and you took advantage of that and should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you make this right. Or I will blast all over the Internet of what you did to me. Because. right now I see you as a rip off in a scam. Called BBB n them and no wait.. this is not the first time that the better business bureau had to be called for the store there are many complaints. Great place for buying products near brand new, retail prices. Also equally as good for loans at a maximum of 5% of your items value. I was thrilled to lose my $1000 item because I couldn't get off work before closing time to pay my $100.00 loan. Called and was told no problem just come in tomorrow. I apologized for inconvenience and stated I'd pay additional fee. My mind was put at ease. Thankfully the following day I was graciously told to kick rocks even after being a customer for many years. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. You can often find the owner no where to be found unlike years ago when he worked the counter himself. Seems he's made so many friends over the years that he can't be there or there would be a line out the door to shake such an honest man's hand. The owners reply below is nothing but lies!! My item was only there for ONE month. I had this particular item in on pawn on more than one occasion but was always picked up ON TIME. I was 1 lousy day late but called and offered to pay a fee for just one more day. The only reason being I couldn't get off work in time. This guy is a liar and a dirt bag. That's why he hides behind his employees and you'll never see his grimey face...

I work in construction, and the tools that I use take a beating, now as much as I would love to buy brand new, as soon as it goes onto the job site it’s going to get destroyed.

So I like to use secondhand/slightly used tools because I can get the use out of it and it’s already Gone through some of the process.

When my work needed a impact drill, I figured I would stop by and not only did I find one with a battery, I was also able to get a slight discount off of the tool, considering it was missing apart. That wasn’t a big deal

Not only do, they guarantee the batteries, when I came back a couple weeks later to get another one because I figured why the hell not have one for my vehicle as well. I found a complete one with box and battery and charger and they honored the same price. .

Not only does that show that they care, but it shows that their business model isn’t just a pawnshop, but they want to make sure that the people who are purchasing their products that have been turned into them will get another life and use out of them.

Sometimes thinking beyond buying brand new is the best way to go, and I would highly recommend going there if you’re looking for anything even beyond tools, such as electronics video games you name it...
