Sold gold earrings and rings of sentimental value which was my first mistake. However the day after selling I come to buy them back because I regretted it and they told me I would have to wait the 30 days of inspection then I could pick them up. I ask if they can leave them on hold for me and she gives me a business card and mentions how they don’t pick up the phone but texting the number will help so they can set them aside for me. After finally waiting a whole month I comeback upon messaging and Getting NO respond and the lady in store had no idea where they were. She suggested they may have been melted which made me upset because I already expressed how I wanted to buy them. She tells me to email to check back in with the owner and upon emailing 2-3 times no answer. I would text the number multiple times and get a short answer of “well let u know later today” and that’s about it. DO NOT GO HERE the gold shop next door is far more friendly. The ppl here don’t even know how to answer their phones, messages, or emails. They don’t deserve business. I wouldn’t of even been as upset had they told me off the bat but the lady acted clueless every interaction as if I didn’t tell her I wanted the jewelry back. If I want to browse around is a great fun great prices and amazing customer service, They have a massive inventory. This place has been awesome to me. I have ask them to lookup for things that come in and have a 30 waiting period so it becomes available. I have been asking the to notify me if they had silver, and boy did help me out. These guys have been fair and reasonable to me, and there customer service great. The customer service agents there will treat you exactly the was you treat them. I have read the other comments here about bad service and everyone starts with "customer service is bad - but to me there situations were bad - not the customer service". I asked them to look out for silver for me, and wow here is one of the items I purchased after one of those calls....

This Cash for Gold location is awesome!!! I was primarily helped by Glenn, with assistance from Eric. I was so impressed with the time they took to look at the details of the pieces that I brought in, and I did not feel pressured to make an immediate sale. I compared offers with another nearby jeweler and Cash for Gold offered me more by a landslide so I ended up selling my entire lot to them. I will definitely come back to this location next time I am selling something!...
