The lady with the blue hair put up in a bun on June 21st was beyond rude and snarky towards my sister who had to walk out while her boyfriend was paying. I have had amazing experiences in this chipotle and have left past 5 star reviews on specific fantastic employees but this time it literally made my jaw drop how rude this employee was after not having chips or vinaigrette which I didn’t care to complain and understand they don’t have much control over this. My sister walks up to the register and says she is paying for the 3 bowls which are the only bowls closed and points to the bowls while the worker on the end of the line pushes the 3 bowls onto the counter. The short blue haired lady proceeded to grab one bowl and ask if that was it then my sister told her it was the three bowls and pushed them together to make sure she saw the only closed and done bowls were ours to my surprise the lady gets in my sisters face and says “we all have things to do here okay?” While rolling her eyes, this was so abrupt and uncomfortable the people behind us stopped ordering and the workers stopped scooping food to look over and see this situation. After my sister has clearly stated we have 3 bowls in a neutral voice and staying patient while this lady has an adult tantrum in front of the customers in the store she grabs 1 bowl then asks if that is ours, then 2 bowls and ask if it is ours, then after grabbing the third bowl and cutting my sister off while she confirms those are our bowls and gets in her face for the final time and says “OKAY WHILE I NEED TO GET THIS RIGHT SO I DON’T UNDERCHARGE YOU” my sister walks out after not being able to stand this fully grown adults attitude towards paying customers. I fully understand everyone in the world is still short staffed and has problems in their personal life but NO ONE deserves to deal with other people problems and this chipotle was filled with working employees that were treating their customers with utmost respect, I understand people have bad days but if your having such a bad day you can’t control your emotions feel free to call out. I tried calling to address this situation and the phone line was beyond annoying and wasn’t a help at all so I’m left leaving this permanent review and I’m hoping chipotle will be able to give some kind of consequence to this employee and will be able to give proper compensation to...
Read moreMy disappointment with the lack of customer service I experienced at your establishment on May 5, 2025. I placed an online order for a 9:30 PM pickup, expecting a smooth process. However, upon arrival, my order was not ready.
I initially waited at the pickup area, then approached an associate handling to-go orders, who informed me that my order wasn’t ready at 9:25 PM. As 9:30 PM approached, I checked again, only to receive the same response. There was no effort made to locate my order or provide updates. By 9:40 PM, I noticed that food preparation had stopped, and there were no other customers waiting in line. At this point, I inquired again about my order and requested to speak with a manager.
A young woman overheard and attempted to assist me, asking for proof of purchase from my phone. Only then was my order located—it had apparently fallen behind the printer and had to be reprinted by the manager. Despite this, I received no apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and no effort to remedy the poor service. The associate who handed me my order did so with complete indifference, showing no concern for my frustration or the long wait.
By the time I left at approximately 9:50 PM, I had witnessed the restaurant serve 12 customers, yet my order was entirely neglected until I continuously pushed for answers. Even with five staff members visible in the front kitchen area, no one took the initiative to ensure my order was handled properly. Had I not repeatedly inquired, my order might have never been found.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I expect better from a business that relies on customer satisfaction. I hope you address this issue and take steps to ensure that future customers receive the service and professionalism...
Read moreI usually visit the Bedford location, but this was closer to my house. I’ve worked in food service my entire life and am incredibly understanding and sympathetic in almost all situations. I placed an order around 8 tonight for an 8:30 pickup. I was running a few minutes behind and got to the store before 9 and the shelves were empty. It appears the printer had gone down and there were an absurd amount of orders that weren’t received because of how long it had been down, including mine. This has happened to me before so being on the other side of it I figured they’d get my order right out and I’d be on my way. They found it, gave it to the people making the food, and they processed to serve the entire line of people in the store before they even started to make my order. I got a kids quesadilla for my young son and they made it almost inedible and when I checked the order when I finally got it and nothing that was supposed to be included in his kids meal was there. The fact that there was no sense of urgency and even any remorse for an apology was the worst part of this experience and I felt like I was more of an annoyance to the end of their night rather than a customer that had spent $40 and waited over an hour for an extremely mediocre dinner that my son went to bed without eating because it was so late that he was too tired to eat. I hate even having to leave a review like this, but this was an abysmal experience and I will never eat here again. There was not even a remorse of sympathy or any kind of tactics to make the situation better and the amount of employees that rolled their eyes at me when they saw me looking for my place in line...
