Brought my phone in when it randomly would not turn on one morning. Upon arriving at the store, there was a salesperson who must have been new who could not figure out what was going wrong with the phone, and told me we would have to send it in for a claim on my insurance and I would be responsible for a $200 deductible. His manager came over and told me that he could get a replacement sent overnight and that since there were none in Stock of the current phone I had, I would get an upgrade to the newer model, which sounded great to me. All I would have to pay was a $35 shipping fee. The next morning, the new phone showed up. Without a battery. Called back and they said the battery would be in the next day. It was 3 days later and still no battery so my mother (the account holder) called back again very upset as I had gone basically an entire week without a phone, and missed out on offers for apartments i had been trying to visit because of this. Someone from the store ended up giving us a battery out of one of the phones there at the store, and "set everything up for me". When my mom brought me the new "set up" phone (she knows nothing about technology so she had no idea what they were saying they were doing with the phone) I have none of my contacts. I am beyond upset with the stress I have gone through this week...

The first person I saw couldn't even be bothered to sit up or greet us and kept stating how tired he was. After finally settling on a phone (which per the ads was supposed to have no charge) and being told it would cost me $1300.00, I said I would pay it off right then and there. No can't do that, have to wait until it's on my account. Then I was told I would have my phone by Monday or Tuesday the latest, to be told that no the oho e doesn't even co.e out u til Wednesday so I won't have it until Thursday. Then I get a call saying the order didn't even process because the payment of .35 didn't go through. WHAT!!! Now my phone won't be here until Thursday or Friday. This is the worst experience I have had with service in a while. This place...

They shut down my biz acct bc an employee downloaded an app that shared 2 MB of data that paid him .005 my employee claimed it was an accident and deleted the app. This place didn't call me to let me know anytjing, blew 2,500$ in google adds and wants me to jump through hoops to continue my service. They also won't let me cancel and provide me information where to ship my phones to. They just promise to call back and won't. They promised 1 year expensive marque marketing subscription in 3 seperate contracts and refuse to honor it along with several other features. Nothing but lies and headaches from us cellular. If anyone reads these tell me where to mail any equipment to. I'm finding new service in morning. I'll never consider us...
