After trying HD, Lowes, Homegoods (zero luck and terrible experience at all 3) I googled "area rugs near me". I had perhaps the best customer service I've ever had anywhere ever. No exaggeration. There must be 1000 rugs here of every quality, price, country or origin, manufacturing type. I bet i touched 150 of them which is huge when picking one. Needless to say this will be THE ONLY place i ever buy a rug at moving forward. 5 stars not enough. If you go or look anywhere but here,you just wasted time and gas. I wasted half my day at the big box stores only to stumble upon this place and find an almost exact dupe of the crate and barrel rug I was after.
