If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will now no longer shop with this brand after being a loyal customer for years. After receiving a brand new charm bracelet it broke after having it for a couple months. I am not hard on my jewelry at all so the fact this had such terrible quality is shocking. I have been to other locations as well and had great experiences and no problems but this location has completely turned me off the brand.

Edit: Sabrina reached out to me after this and she was an absolute delight. The customer service provided and how she runs the business is absolutely amazing. I went into this very nice store to exchange something I got a duplicate of at Christmas. But I didn’t bring the whole set because I only wanted to exchange the necklace. I was told that I couldn’t do it because I needed the whole set before they could return it and allow me to buy back the pieces I wanted to keep and exchange the ones I didn’t. When I joked that it had only taken me 9 months to get around to coming in, so maybe in another 9 I would get it done, the manager said that I should do it quickly because they were doing me a favor to exchange a “retired piece” and that I’ve had plenty of opportunities to do it. I am awful at names, but I want to say it was Justin (i am sorry if i got it wrong) but i stopped into your Mansfield location this evening because of a broken spring on the clasp of my chain. I was 2.5 hours away from home, and worried it would take awhile, but the most amazing gentleman helped me. Your entire staff had the best customer service, and it was repaired in less than 5 minutes. When i got to the car, I choked up when i saw that he also cleaned it.
