Came to watch a friend of a friend play coed volleyball. Absolutely beautiful and clean facility. Staff was friendly and we felt very safe. The reason why Im putting 4 stars is because during the matches, I witnessed some extremely controversial calls. Doubles and lifts were being called during a recreational coed volleyball league. I'm not sure the level of play throughout the season but I saw the frustration on each players face because they were trying their best. I was an UP-REF for 6 years so, Im very familiar with rulings and fouls. The rhythm of the games was completely changed because of the fouls being called so inconsistently. Only my first visit was enjoyable We reserved volleyball court from 6 to 7 pm and there was no one playing 5 to 6 pm. When we asked them to give us the ball so we warm up at 5:50, they said your time has not started yet. The Manager doesn’t know how to run this facility. Poor customer service. At the end of game the manager came behind us out asking balls and rackets. I don’t recommend...

The staff(Aiden and Leonne) went above and beyond to assist us with our reservation. Despite the minor confusion, they showed remarkable flexibility and let us continue enjoying the facility. Their overall customer service is truly outstanding.
