Chris, as a Manager of this location is incompetent and falsely agreed to hold a product sent to his location for pick up. On 9/6/21 at 10:46am I called and spoke to Chris and asked him to hold the product until Thursday since I work an hour away and get off work at 7pm so with traffic can't make it to his location by 8pm, the time they closed. I specifically asked him to hold the product and he said not to worry because it will be there for me to pick up. On 9/9/21 in the morning I called their location to make sure the product was still there since I was on my way and about an hour away. "K" as he wants to be known answered my call and told me they don't have my order in the system and that they only hold an item up to 48 hours. K further stated he was going to look into it and call me back in 20 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and still no call back from K, so I called the store again. K answered the phone and basically told me to reorder because it was no longer in their system. I told him I understand that's why I called on 9/6 and specifically spoke to Chris to hold the item til Thursday since I will be off work. I was extremely frustrated with Chris' false promise as a Manager. I requested to speak to the Area Manager and was told by K that his upper management instructed him not to give out the number then he told me to hold several times while they attempt to search an email address for me to escalate the issue. K ultimately came back and told me they didn't have an email so I would need to research it myself. I told K to take my number and that Chris needs to call me upon his return to work on 9/10 since he told me to not worry that the item I had on hold was still going to be available for pick up on 9/9/21. I am awaiting his call on 9/10/21.

Didn't transfer all my information from my other phone. She wanted me to come back to show me, but didn't have time to talk to me because she just wanted to sell phones. I feel cheated and dissatisfied with everything on how I was treated. Didn't show me how to use the phone which has been frustrating.
