Wow. Unfortunately I caught this location on the wrong day/time. I was totally ignored 😯.
There was gentlemen outside stacking the chairs up ( it was 6pm and I believe they close at 7) no acknowledgement. I chalked it up to him maybe being new? I walked inside and found the line and went ahead and made it to the front.... 0 acknowledgment so I moved to the counter where I stood there for about a minute or 2... someone came by from the back and continued to work on the sandwich and no welcome or "I'll be right with you" ... gentlemen outside came back in and said hi as I was on my way out... very weird experience.
The location has a cozy look to it. The ordering seems to be like deli delicious ( Pick your bread, style and topping ) but I unfortunately wasn't able to try any of it. Can't rate the food since I didn't get to try it.
The service was high school level. I will give this location another shot if I'm in the area.
Note to everyone working in fast food- always acknowledge a customer whether someone has said anything or not. If your job is to clean something up and someone needs help in another department step in and cover for your co workers until they make it back to their spot.

Read moreFirst off, the service is very depressing and not a single smile. The emoloyees are very short and rude. The guy who took my order spoke way to fast and didnt listen to a thing we said. He would just repeat the same things over and over and it was confusing. I went to order 2 marble ry sandwiches and when I got my food and checked it, turns out they put it on Sourdough bread. I asked her if she could fix it and she just took the same condiments from the sourdough sandwich and put it on marble rye bread and handed it back to me. Then a elderly couple asked if they can sit and eat inside and they got told that in a moment they would pull down chairs for them to sit as everything was stacked. I pulled down the seats and pulled a table out for them. The employees had no other customers nor any orders they were working on so they could’ve easily helped the elderly couple out as there was 4 of them. Read moreUsed to love coming here but it really has gone downhill. The order is almost always wrong and takes absolutely forever. I've also noticed that if you place your order online for pickup you will get a message that it's ready for pickup when in fact it's never even been started. This has happened to me the last three times. I showed up to pick up my order after receiving the text that it was ready to be picked up and had not been started. When I confronted the manager and asked why would I get a message that it was ready if they've not even started it they simply told me they have no control over the messages and that it's sent out simply based on the time you place your order and the amount of time it's been it actually has nothing to do with whether or not the food is ready.
