Kassandra is the best. She helped me and my daughter with making sure we were properly fit into our boots. She explained “in detail” how our boots should fit, what to expect (when putting our boots on), and how to stretch them out to get the perfect fit. She also solved problems we presented her with. Kassandra knows her stuff. I’ve never had a store clerk at a shoe or clothing store be so sweet, helpful, genuinely concerned, and professional all at the same time. The major plus was having me use the boot jack and showing us how to use it. That thing’s an amazing little tool! Thank you, Kassandra!! I’ll be asking for her the next time I go in there and need help. The five stars are specifically for her.

The only negative is when my daughter and I went to go pick up her boots, there was some short and round brunette that made a stupid and snide remark. Today I went in at around 4:30pm and shopped around for about 30 minutes or so. Well, Although it was one of the nicer boot barns I've been to in terms of cleanliness, I thought the staff was very distasteful. The girls at the counter kept talking about personal business and kept making dirty jokes about whoever they were dating and being obnoxiously loud about it and made no attempt to not let any customers hear, even as I made my purchases. I almost felt as if I was shopping at Suzie's. The managers were being very unprofessional, one was blatantly flirting with the security officer standing at the front door and the other was pawning her tasks off to a different employee and just being unnecessarily rude to her staff. I'm not one to give a bad review on other reasons beside the store not being properly kept but the staff was super unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome a bit. I don't know if I'll...

I went in to the store on my lunch break, just to check on a specific pair of Boots (which they had), and upon entering the store I was acknowledged and greeted by the employees. Immediately Natalie, an awesome employee approached me stating "You look like you know what you are looking for".. and I did, she then stated that if I had any questions about anything else to feel free to ask her. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Not pushy and very easy to talk to. She is the reason I came back after work and purchased the boots. ( She was off when I returned, but she is the reason I was there) We had also discussed hats. She has great taste and style. I will return to purchase a hat, and anything else I may want to purchase.
