Leela & Lavender Maple Grove — Local services in Maple Grove

I came in on Sunday and found a beautiful dress I loved but I wasn't sure if I should purchase it due to the price. On Monday I changed my mind and called in to place an order for the dress. As a 16 year old it was quite expensive therfore I had a touch of anxiety about whether or not it would make it safely to my house. Today I called into the store and the most wonderful person ever Macy picked up and gave me a ton of reassurance and she defined quelled my anxiety. Amazing service and I cannot wait for the dress :)

Edit: I received my dress and unfortunately it isn't the correct colour as the one that was featured in store was a pink base and the one I received...

Found this boutique online via Facebook. Placed 2 separate orders... one for non sale items and another with sale items. Unfortunately literally nothing fit. Their XL sizes are more like children's size XL's. Definitely not a place for anyone over I'd say a women's size 10. I'm giving it 3 stars because the customer service was great but also because I don't feel the clothes are true to size in the least bit and not at all like XL that you'd find at Macy's, Nordstrom or Kohl's. Thankfully I was able to get a refund on the larger order of non-sale items but I'm now stuck with over $100 worth of sale items that aren't returnable...

I love coming to this store! I have spent last 6 years working in downtown Minneapolis. I get so many compliments on my attire from people everywhere I go. It's a very well organized store where each rack has pieces that make sense to create outfits. Personally, I appreciate the convenience. Only tough thing, I always want everything in the store....One time, I did do the personal shopping experience. Was hesitant at first, but was suggested things that were super fun that I probably wouldn't have picked on my own. Staff is always really kind...
