I had one of the worst experiences at this Walgreens Pharmacy recently. I came to pick up a prescription through Roadie delivery and waited patiently in line. When my turn came, the employee named M*sa handled my pickup. I provided her with all the correct details — patient’s name, date of birth, and order number. Instead of checking carefully, she glanced at the information quickly and immediately said, “There’s nothing here for you.”
Her tone and attitude were very dismissive and rude, as if she was just rushing through her job without any care. When I politely requested her to recheck, she repeated the same thing — “I don’t have anything for you” — in an even more irritated tone. It was shocking that someone working at a pharmacy didn’t even know about Roadie deliveries, which happen regularly from that very store.
I then went to the front desk, and they sent me back to the pharmacy. Another employee at the pharmacy looked up the exact same details I had already given M*sa, and within less than a minute, she found the order and handed it over to me.
This shows M*sa’s complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for others’ time. As a delivery driver, time literally means money, and because of her careless behavior, I lost valuable time and almost missed my next pickup.
Walgreens seriously needs to retrain staff like M*sa or have them replaced with someone who actually cares about doing their job properly. Customers and drivers shouldn’t have to suffer because of such unprofessional and...

She just hung up on me after I was extremely nice to her. I waited on hold for 6 min and spoke with her for less than 35 sec when he just hung up on me after she answered my first question. After she answered me I said “thank you so much for verifying that…” boom hung up. I had more questions! Please make sure to hire caring people. Some people are battling cancer, on dialysis, liver disease. Don’t treat people like this please they have it hard as it is. Walgreens please make sure to do better and hire good people. Read moreI’ve been going here for a number of years now and increasingly they do not have my medication in stock so I must transfer to a different pharmacy. I was put on a wait list for it and over a week later with no contact or update it still is unavailable. Putting in my last fill over the phone I was hastily told my medication was out of stock and it’d be a day or two until it could be filled, which I accepted. 15 minutes later I received a text notifying me it was ready for pickup.
