Lazy Staff Visited on 02/05/25 around 12pm. The item is was looking for was not on the shelf. I went and asked the cashier (Carter) if they can see if the item is in another store. Carter searches and finds that their location does indeed have it, it's probably in their back warehouse. Carter then pages to his coworkers. After a few mins, a different staff asks if I needed help. Since it has only been a few mins, I said the cashier called someone to help look for an item i wanted. The associate then walks away.
I then waited for another 20-25 mins. Carter, the cashier, even paged 2 more times while tending to other cashiers at the check out. Even he was poking his head out onto the sales floor to see why aren't there anyone helping. No other staff members bothered to even do anything. 1 staff member walked by me twice. Another one was just standing around in the floor section and wasn't even helping any other customers. Even the manager of the store didn't respond to the page from Carter (she even walked by me after tending to a maintenance personal). Finally after about 25 mins of waiting, the cashier had time, went to the back warehouse, and found the item, and it took him no more than 10 seconds. 10 seconds to help me, a customer, but I had to wait almost 30 mins.
Apparantly the cashier Carter is the only worker...

I told them I had an hour before work and needed that data recovered from my hard drive and placed in my external drive, saying I just wanted to drop it and I’d buy a new laptop. They took the computer to see if the drive was resdable despite being the ones who had checked it before and the clerk went back to another client. The tech in back I could see and he was done in 5 min. 45 minutes elapsed and I had to ask to get the laptop to leave. Apparently only one clerk talks to people and discussing food for 45 minutes was better than getting my device hecjrd in so I could leave it to be worked on and buy a new laptop while there. They lost service and a sale and not s single person on this geek squad location seemed to care about...
Read moreWhen I bought my dektop computer in 2008 they said that it would be better foe them to install all the software as they qould do it in the right order and all it qould cost is $25. When I went back to pick it up they told me it would be a $100 and i was like what. They said it was $25 per software. I was like that is not was I was told. They did lower it to $25. Today I called to see how much it would be to look at my 2014 laptop. After 10 minutes and 8 times sounding like someone kicked, no one answered the line. Poor customer service.
