Went in with my sisters and mom today to grab crocs. Poor poor customer service and very rude cashier who ranged us up today. We were second in line and there was only one cashier on duty. From what I saw and heard as he was talking on the radio pretty loud, the customer before us was giving him a hard time. The customer who was ahead of us stormed off and did not complete her transaction which led the cashier to instantly snap and become rude towards us. The cashier shouts at me and my mom that he will be with us shortly and slams a few of the shoe boxes the customer ahead of us had left for him to deal with. I reply with “it’s ok take your time” - being considerate as I understood his frustration and we were in NO rush.
It was then our turn and he was very short and impatient with us although we only had 2 items. He told us our total and my mom handed him cash. He immediately snatched it from my mom as she was still lifting her arm to get it closer to him.
My mom kindly asked him to not snatch the money in such a harsh way and before she could finish he cut my mom and said “okay yeah sorry” but continued to then throw our items in the bag and snatched the receipt from the machine and rudely handed it to us. Again we understand your frustration but the situation that he put us in was overall very uncomfortable as we were not the ones who inconvenienced him in the first place.
While I understand that everyone can have an off day, this level of unprofessionalism was unexpected and disappointing. Customer service is key in any business, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers. Thanks if you read...
Read moreOur go to shoe store if we can't find the shoes we need. Lots of options and varieties of footwear to choose from. For adult shoes, it will be hard to find shoes under $65. The women section is nearly twice the size of the male section. There is a children's shoe section as well.
Aisles are always clean and well organized everytime we are here. We come to shop here versus going to Maplewood Mall (across the road).
We never had issues finding the shoes we needed. Employees are always nice and welcoming. Bathrooms are decent and are maintained.
The clearance section is okay. Some items in the clearance section aren't that much of a deal when most of it is over $40-$50.
Overall, an excellent footwear store where you will find all types of shoes, from casual to sports to walking to outdoor and steel toes shoes. High heels to crocs. Prices are average to medium high. You won't find super good deals but sometimes they do have deals that make...
Read moreWhat do you do when you have a problem? You ask for the manager! The manager needs to step up his A game so this place could run better. Poor customer service and shoes are all over the place and not in correct order. Security could be better as well to prevent theft cuz I see people go in with big bags and walks out on shoes etc. The only person I see that's truly working is the assistant manager and some employees. Promote the hard workers already. Every time I come here (convient and close) I always see the assistant manager and never the manager nor supervisors working and when I do see the supervisor (still no manager) they're either standing around and on their phones. Would be nice to organize the shelves and advertise better coupons that are within the...
