I really want to give them 2 stars but I did get ONE good deal ONCE. I have been going to this store for years and I still do not know why I put myself through the abuse. I think Americans are so drenched with names brands that we don't know better. I actually had a customer service person complain about me to a CUSTOMER WHEN I WAS 5 FEET AWAY OUT LOUD because I asked too many questions about some expensive jewelry in the case. I ended up buying $400.00 worth of jewelry that I called a Manager over and returning it downstairs IMMEDIATELY. So sorry I had questions and you had to do your JOB. Their racks of clothes in the women's department are less than desired. They are always disorganized when I go in. The wrong sizes are always in the wrong places. THE SHOE DEPARTMENT IS A DISGRACE. I do wonder if anyone works there...BUT THEN AGAIN YOU FIND OUT WHEN CHECKING OUT...yes, some of the rudest people do. This particular Kohls needs a total rehaul of how the store is set up and who works there. PS. Its ridiculous to lock up a $80 purse but leave $150 perfumes and expensive makeup out in the open. Read moreI order online & pick up in store all the time I am a frequent shopper- This experience happened to be awful. The woman that was "trying" to help me was rude & not helpful. I made 2 purchases online & had found a few more items as I walked through to purchase in addition. First she couldn't get her scanner to work- when she asked a coworker he said you have to type the number in, she continued to ignore his advice and kept trying to scan the items holding up the line. She finally typed the numbers in & it worked right away. I provided my phone number twice for the 2 previous orders for my kohl's account. She then rang up my in store purchase & did not type in my number or ask for it again. When I asked her if the points would show up on my account she stated it was to late & that I would have to call a 1800#. I then asked for a bag for a larger purchase because the recipient was in the car she said it has a handle on it and she wouldn't give me one I had to ask 3 times before she finally gave me a bag. Read moreTired of pricing issues in Kohls. Went in to use Kohls Cash. No price scanners around, why? Looked up one item on phone app. Said it was on sale. Shouldn't have had to resort to the app but your store signs are hit and miss and don't list every single item and the cost. Seeing the sale, we both bought the same 'on sale' cookie sheet. I checked out first and once I got the receipt I looked and saw I didn't get the 'sale price' and said to clerk 'there's no discount shown'. She said I had to use the app and show me that. Why? Housewares were on sale in store AND online. Should be same price w/o needing to show an app. She wouldn't void the sale and re-ring it but wouldn't. She wanted me to go to customer service that had a long line of people waiting. We didn't have the time to wait so I was forced to pay an extra $3. Yeah it's $3 but it's just one instance. This is such a typical Kohls thing. Issues with prices they show are 'on sale' vs what we get charged. Will definitely be reconsidering shopping there. I'm rady to...
