Had a broken chain ,brought it in for repair. Chain was 24" and I got back 21.5". It weighed the same but was significantly shorter. I called and asked why. the response was "are u accusing me of stealing links?" NO I just wanted an explanation why my chain is now 3inches shorter. I feel like I was shown a magic trick. The repair was amazing but I don't know why I was shorted gold. The Size was 24" and weighted 27 when I brought it in. I Got back 21" and it still weighed 27. Sorry but the 1 star review is because I was not told that I might get back a chain that is 3" shorter. Basically give me back my 24". I want the chain to be 24 inches the same length I brought it in AND the store said I got back 24"s when...
