HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I DISAGREE with the bitter person's post beneath me. I have gone there for several things that other medical supply stores DO NOT have in stock! Although the masks are not 3M masks (nor should they be since those should all be going to our front lines), they have the real (non-counterfeit) certified KN95 masks. Unlike most of the counterfeit-junk that you find on eBay.

One pharmacy was charging $15 for a 12oz bottle of 50% isopropyl alcohol. I bought a gallon of 99% isopropyl alcohol. Also, since their suppliers are finding it harder to receive the merchandise they are going to wholesale it to retailers like "Medical Supply" for more. And, since they are a business, they are going to have to sell it with a little bit of a profit or else they won't be able to stay open, and you will have no local place to go to when you do need supplies.

Another thing I liked is that they wouldn't sell me a lot of kn95 masks. When I asked why not, they said they want to make sure they have enough to go around for everybody. That is integrity and business owners that care about their community.

Think about the whole picture (and not just yourself) the next time you write...

Don't fall for the reviews or claims of great customer service. These people are definitely friendly and seem excellent at first impression, but they don't follow up their words with action. Facts: We purchased an item that was fitted incorrectly and tried to exchange it the next day. Even though they knew we were on the way and had said they would do the exchange, they closed the shop before we got there just a few minutes late. They have the right to close of course, but they surely didn't go the "extra mile", especially since they fitted the item incorrectly. We returned to exchange the unused item and they refused to honor the exchange, yelling at me that I don't respect them because I arrived shortly before closing. Well, I'm sorry, but that was when I was able to get there and we did arrive during posted hours. I certainly did not need a heated argument from them. I'm glad that the purchase was a low cost item; it would have been far worse if we purchased the big ticket items they wanted...

This week my doctor prescribed a Cam boot for my ankle and recommended PCMS as the best supplier to get one. My daughter and I drove directly there. When we walked in, we were immediately and very pleasantly greeted by Raquel and her co-worker. Well, I had never had an ankle boot and within minutes leaned more about what I needed than I could imagine. In fact, I got more information about my injury and anticipated healing process, than I had from the doctor I had just seen!! I am 66 and much of my life was spent in the service industry and recognize sincere customer service when I experience it. PCMS far exceeded my expectations. Even my twenty-something daughter enjoyed the experience and was provided (unsolicited) a towel to dry off from the drenching rain outside. I anticipate requiring medical supplies in the future and will not hesitate to drive to Margate to visit PCMS for any of my needs.
