Fabulous store and staff! THANK YOU DAVID, ALEX, TONY AND LUCAS. I highly recommend shopping their store, you won't be sorry. Looking for a new refrigerator. Had a few different ones I had researched online. I went into the Matthews Store and David pleasantly greeted me and let me know if I needed assistance to let him know. I pulled out my list and showed him what I was looking for and he immediately said I can help with that.

He took me right to the models I was looking at and answered all my questions about the differences and the positives of each one. I bought a higher end model than I expected however you couldn't beat the price and warranty it came with and you could add on for additional warranty time. They offered to deliver the next day, which is fabulous. David was wonderful, knowledgeable and so great to work with.

I got a call for the delivery from Alex and Tony that they were on their way for the delivery and they were right on time for when they said they would get here. They came in measured my doorways, moved my old kitchen frdge to the garage which was a huge help, Thank You.

In with the new fridge we throught, however my house is 25+ years old with tight doorways. The said no problem, took the doors off the new refrigerator and were able to maneuver it into my kitchen. They reassembled the fridge in it's resting spot, got it plugged in, water lines hooked up, and doors back on ready to go. They showed me how to adjust the settings, where the water filter was, how to use the features on the fridge.

I had a question about hooking it to my WiFi as it is a smart appliance and stopped by the store the next day. Lucas was there and was wonderful. Appliances are expensive, so I'm trying to get the best bang for my buck. I'm an optimizer and someone who comes armed with a list of questions on a clipboard to ask employees about best sales, financing, insurance, and details about fees for haul away, delivery, install, adders for special parts, inconveniences, etc. I went to Matthews to visit Sam's Club, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe's trying to find a new washer/dryer combo that met my price and spacial constraints.

What I found: Costco/Sam's: 2-yr warranty for all things, can't see most appliances in store. No one really around to help.

Lowe's/Home Depot: 1 year warranty, plenty of help, not much flexibility. Prices are alright, but they kill you with stipulations, especially if you want to buy a clearance or dented model- which they will not install or allow haul away of old units.

If you're like me, don't care about minor dent(s), and are price conscientious, absolutely come to Appliances 4 Less. Their business model is to purchase the dented models from these stores, test them, sell them at a solid discount, and offer delivery/installation for these units that the other stores don't want to deal with likely due to margin concerns.

If you don't mind dented models but are concerned about warranty, they provide an automatic 1 year warranty and offer an extended 4 year warranty through an insurance company that I opted to get.

The owner, Lucas, was one of the people that helped me when I visited. He not only answered all of my questions, but worked with me on price for the unit and installation for my specific situation. He even was one of the two people that came for installation and followed up for support when I had questions.
