Today was my 1st and last time at this location. The customer service is beyond pathetic. My husband and I both found some clothes and were ready to check out, so we went to a seemingly available register. There were two employees standing there having a full on conversation, and at one point, a third joined in. Nobody acknowledged us for the minute we stood there, so we went to the register on the opposite side, where someone else was getting rang up. Things were moving slow and we were irritated with being ignored, so we're gladly put our things back...

If I could give this place 10 stars right today I would. Let me just say I hate shopping. However Ms. Sheena Tekela did her Big one today!! I love everything about this place, & her. Ms. Sheena had me together in less than 10mins. Tops. On really what I thought was going to be a stressful day. Awwean she is truly amazing,& Ms. Sheena even help me fill out the credit card application. What do you know approved when I thought it would not.She made this day really great for me!!She is the best I've met anywhere in my 49 years of living....

I went in there with my 10 year old found some boots this past black Friday around 7 pm. It was only like 3 other customers in there not crowded at all. Anyway my daughter had to use the restroom and I asked an employee and she said there is no restroom. What???? I said no restroom for customers? She then said no public restroom. Is that ok???? Is this the protocol there? Rue 21 wants my $$$ but my 10 year old can't use the restroom!?!?! Will...
