Every time I go to Lowes I deal with employees who assume I don't know what I need, if I can even find an employee to help. I have gone in looking for a GFI outlet and had the employee argue with me to the point I actually called home, told my kids dad what dude was trying to tell me, then handed MY phone to the employee who got told to give me what I asked for. NOT the first time, and I quit going unless I can't avoid it because it's so disrespectful. Never assume someone doesn't know when they're giving you the actual name knowing what they need (I just couldn't find it, but it ended up being in a spot that wasn't marked right).
Edit because I didn't realize I was reviewing the ENTIRE shopping center. It told me the review was for Lowes. (Windsor Square is the name of just one individual shopping area, but there are multiple other shopping blocks/areas/centers all within a tightly packed ¼-½² square mile radius. they have different names for each area as well) but definitely worth a trip to check...
Read moreWe went to Ross at Windsor Square, never again. We'll definitely go to the one at Concord Mills from now on. This location was so ghetto, the customers were so incredibly rude we left without buying what we went there for even after we'd found everything we wanted. We shopped for about 15 minutes but everyone was so rude, mainly because the clothes racks are SO close together, you can barely get down the isles so when people couldn't get around us tempers flared. It wasn't our fault the store isles were jam packed together, we hated it just as much as the rest of the shoppers. Total let down, ruined...
