UPON HEARING I HAVE NO FACILITY TO DO LAUNDRY, DENNIS OFFERED HIS WASHER AND DRYER ALONG WITH A CUP OF COFFEE TO ME SHOULD I DECIDE TO TAKE HIM UP ON HIS OFFER. HIS EXPLANATION OF THE CHAIR I BOUGHT TODAY, WAS IN VERY CLEAR AND IN DEPTH. HE SHOWED ME THE DYNAMICS OF SAID CHAIR. HE OFFERED FREE DELIVERY. !! ON ONE OCCASION MELISSA WAS MY SALES PERSON. We received an offer and actually got financing then went home and thought about the purchase long and hard. Dale was most gracious and informative. He made himself available for our questions via his cell phone. Finally we made the decision to move forward after a couple of months and Dale was great. He offered us some less expensive models on sale and helped us compare. We then were able to make the choice on the Temperpedic. Keep in mind, Dale NEVER pressured us. Our experience with Sharon at Mind’s Eye Interiors/BedMart was fabulous. Sharon was very friendly and super helpful with showing us options for a couch that would fit our needs. We found the perfect couch for a great deal and were extra excited to learn that delivery would be free! The original wait time was 4 weeks, but shortly after leaving the store, Sharon was kind enough to give us a call and let us know that our couch was actually already on a shipment container and on its way!
