The store is pristine and orderly. The staff is friendly and helpful. One caution I do feel I need to make is this: If you need mobility assistance they have wheelchairs to use that are available at the front door. I highly recommend you bring someone with you to assist you or to push your chair if needed. I am on crutches so I needed to use the wheelchair on this particular visit. I was able to wheel myself through the store for the most part. I was fine by myself until I dropped my glasses and I was unable to pick them up. The metal crate on the wheelchair for your items has to be flipped up to the side to be able to get out of the chair. This isnât possible if the crate is filled with items. Another customer walked by and I asked him to pick up my glasses for me. (An employee definitely would have helped too, he just happed to be who walked by first.) Second caution is also a concern with mobility. The aisles are very narrow, a little too narrow. I had a hard time turning the wheelchair into the aisle without either bumping the corners of the shelves, knocking things over or just getting stuck. While I was working through this challenge with the chair, I was concerned thinking of other customers who may have difficulties in similar scenarios with power chairs or something similar. Besides those cautions, the store is lovely and the so is the staff. I love Hobby Lobby and their store brand for art supplies are among some of my favorites. They have a very large sewing section with plenty to choose from for your next sewing project. Their sales are GREAT! And frequent! I appreciate having this location added to...
Read moreI was so sooooooo disappointed. I didnt find what i was looking for. I thought I was in a Michaels. Hobby Lobby not what it used to be when they had big model planes, big remote & radio control cars, boat kits, kites, lots of fun stuff to build, 3d puzzles, real model car kits etc. It sucks now as a Hobby Lobbyđđ. It looks like a big Michaels store. I'll just continue getting my crafts stuff from Michaels. Hobby Lobby major disappointment. Maybe if they bought back the stuff they used have as well, I might be a return customer. Otherwise no. Just change the name to Super Michaels. It's definitely not the Hobby Lobby I...
Read moreHobby Lobby is my go to for 90% of my crafting supplies. They almost ALWAYS have a sale on the beads and charms I need to make myself and my business customers look our best. Sometimes I go in for a simple strand of beads but I come out with a bead board, multiple strands of beads, a handful of charm packs, and bead string, and more..lol. The store is always stocked and clean. The workers are always friendly, and ready to help. I love the Mentor location. Pic included is from my latest trip. I went for a pack of...
