I have come in twice now, and both time the staff was very cold. They don't even try to be friendly. Both times at the register I felt like I was inconveniencing the associate. They made an exchange far more complicated than it needed to be. I had to explain my issue with the purchase several times and help the girl connect the dots. Another customer put her hand on my shoulder and said "I completely understood what you were asking, it wasn't that complicated." That was the only kindness I was shown in the store today. I was so uncomfortable, I apologized several times to which the associate replied "yeah." I tried to make a couple jokes and lighten the mood, not a smile, not the slightest bit of kindness or warmth. I even opened the bagged items for her so she didn't break a nail. I was extra nice and apologetic. I shouldn't have had to be. At all. I've been a customer since 2001. I won't be returning. A little kindness wouldn't kill you, Kia/Kya, however you spell it. I browsed the store for 10mins before I looked for help with a fitting room. Employee had me wait 5 mins before getting me a room, she was putting items away. She never gave me her name or told me she would assist if I needed a larger/small item while I was trying on clothing. When purchasing an item I was not asked if I found everything ok, nothing!
