The experience my Fiance, groomsmen, father and wedding planner had is beyond ridiculous, trifling and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The women that work there, have stale attitudes. I don't see how they STILL have a job after reading these reviews and experiencing it first hand. They were not available for assistance because they felt conversation amongst themselves and phone surfing(Instagram or Facebook) was more important than serving their paying customers. They wasn't a walk-in they had an appointment and when I called Thursday to confirm the appointment, the young lady was rude and REFUSED to give me her name. If it wasn't for you guys partnering with David's Bridal and them needing specific colors for our upcoming day, it could have easily been a fight, police being called and a walkout. This is NOT acceptable and damn for sure isn't customer service. I pray to GOD the orders(yes, more than one) are correct and the measurements are correct. I will be complaining to David's Bridal since they do recommend and partner with you about this. Should not one customer have to go in a store and be treated this way. Mayfield sucks and you guys need to do some SERIOUS coaching, seeing as though these women are problems from other reviews, termination should be the consequence. Your prices are too expensive not to have great customer service, attention to detail, and a good experience for Grooms on their upcoming day. Read moreMy fiance and I went in to this location today to order ties for our wedding party. We had done our research, found that Men's Wearhouse was the only place we could easily get the exact color we wanted, and knew exactly what we needed.
When we asked to order the ties we wanted, we were directed to the rental area. The workers (I use the term loosely) were on their phones, taking selfies, and ignoring customers. I told them exactly what I wanted - 6 ties in the color "meadow." The worker pulled out the swatches and pointed to the second one she saw, which was "Kelly green" and said "this is meadow." I politely said no, and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that charts online weren't accurate and that this very bright green was the color I wanted. I then proceeded to flip through all the swatches for her and show her the color I wanted. Her response "oh. I didn't know we had that".
My main issues: 1) all the color names are clearly printed on the swatches. 2) she didn't even flip through all of them. She just picked one, said it was what I wanted, and then argued when I disagreed. 3) there aren't THAT many colors. You should know your inventory. I've worked retail. This is job #1 - learning your products.

Read moreThe day I went in for my fitting wasn’t good. The salesman wasn’t that friendly and was more concerned about flirting with a younger co-worker than doing his job. He even stopped entering my info to converse with her. When I went to pick up my tux 2 days before the wedding, the jacket was too big, I had a different color vest than the rest of the groomsmen and no tie. I came back the next day and I checked for the items that were wrong and they were there so I left thinking all was good. Well the next day just 3 hours before the ceremony the white button down shirt was NOT in the bag! It was there the day before but not now. I called and had to RUSH down there and back to the venue as pictures were being done beforehand. On my way down the groom calls me and says his cufflinks weren’t in the bag. So I called the store on my way to report this and the salesman didn’t believe me. He did give me a pair but it really felt like he didn’t believe me. When I got there the items were waiting for me along with an insincere apology. I will not take blame for not thoroughly checking the bag as the staff’s job. Thankfully everything worked out but the customer service I received was poor and the accuracy was too. If I’m in another wedding I will urge the groom to choose...
