I love it here it is quite the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and even show you where you are located in the Rv Park. You can reserve your spot over the phone and they do respond quickly and courteously and are willing to hold a spot for you with a credit card number and not charge you for holding the spot. My husband and I are full time Rv Park living and they are a large quiet park with laundry facilities and a pool and play ground. They have a time for quiet in the evening I believe at 10 it may be 9pm. Many people like my husband and I who work at night have no difficulty with any noise problem from the highway because of the sound barrier I am guessing. And they even have like 5 one room cabins on the property for rent. Which look really nice. This Park is incredibly clean which is wonderful. They are very great and we are grateful for being able to get a spot here. We hope to be here for a long time. My husband is now much closer to work. He used to be 77 miles one way to work so add the return trip another 77 miles and 5 days a week. He always had to leave early to get to work due to traffic and time of day. He works full time 5 days a week in the evening and gets off work at 12:30am so now that we have moved here we get to see each other more and he gets much better rest and is home long before 1:35am like he used to when he was commuting from Northwestern Ga. In Adairsville. It was a great place until the owner decided to remove the pool and fire area with the nice seating which was how most people got to know each other when they were staying full time like we had been for a year or maybe even a little bit more. But it changed as did our desire to be fueling the car 3-4 times a week for him and I to work and attend church which pretty much eats a paycheck in about a week flat if you are lucky. The roads here are a little bit bumpy but it is definitely a wonderful place to stay be it for a few days or weeks or months at a time. I highly recommend Atlanta South Rv Park. There staff members and the owner are Wonderful and extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond to assist me with many things where many other Rv Resort parks simply don't. Since I am severely disabled and in bad shape due to a car accident they have helped me out of the goodness of their hearts and souls and didn't want anything in return and not only did I thank the many people here who have helped me with different things with the Rv as well as being kind enough to give me a ride and bring me my mail at the site when they don't have to nor are they required to I appreciate them all very much. And when you struggle to be able to walk and do tasks most people don't think anything about due to their ability to do so, There kindness speaks Volumes as to the Great working Family at Atlanta South Rv Resort park and I am grateful for them for holding a spot for us and calling me to let me know when they had a spot for us and in addition they rent cabins and have tent camping sites and on-site laundry room with a big washer if you want to get more than one load done at a time and 3 extra large dryers in addition to the other washer and dryers and it is a great atmosphere and family and...
Read moreFirst off, allow me to say that the manager is the most unpleasant man I have had the misfortune of encountering. He does not deserve the staff he has. Him along with the owner, Dr.Patel, is a piece of work... For the past two months I have been going to this RV site to fuel up on water for my camper. I have never had a problem doing this and as previously stated, the rest of the staff is extremely pleasant. I had not encountered the manager until the last fill up I had. To make a long story short, I had a problem filling up my washer and dryer with water so I was at the site for longer than anticipated, on the phone with my RV dealer looking for a solution to my problem. To save water in between trips, I always start my laundry as I'm filling up on water so I can leave the facility with a full tank, and save the 16 gallons of water that the washer uses before I leave. Whilst on the phone, I hear a loud BANGING on the side of my camper, not knowing it at the time this was the manager. I then confronted him as to why he was so loudly banging on my RV, he then YELLS in my FACE , asking me "do I think they are stupid" and "I am stealing from them" and he has the nerve to call me a filthy animal! All this, because while I was on the phone with tech support, they suggested to drain my gray tank to see if that would solve the problem of my faulty washer. I am an honest man, there have been several times where I was not planning on dumping, and still went up to pay my 20 dollars. (This place charges you 10 bucks to fill and 20 to dump black and grey.) Or there was a time where I came an entire hour early to the park and waited for them to open to pay my 10 dollars for filling the water. Being a back to back customer he should have known this , but even if I wasn't , there were several more professional ways to approach me than yelling in my face like I am a child. We then a few moments later spoke in the main office where I told him in front of everyone he had no right to treat me that way. I dont know if it's because of my young age that he doesn't respect me ,or if it's the color of my skin. Either way I wasnt going to have it. Once he told me I was banned from the park, I contacted the owner who blew my mind when he stood up for this employees behavior, saying I was in the wrong and he is "paid to keep order " and "do you not understand where you were at fault". Any professional business would profusely apologize and tell me that action will be taken against such behavior.....not this man. I have never felt so disrespected by a business. I should have known that this would be the case, though, after seeing everyone else's reviews. Take note on how the owner tells at everyone who complains abiyt his business. Management and the owner are terrible. Please do not waste your time and money here to only be disrespected and unheard . Shame on the owner, Dr. Patel , for allowing such behavior to be advocated. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Atlanta South RV Resort ! And I'm sure he will comment on this as he has done with everyone else's complaints saying how he can do no wrong and it's obviously YOUR fault as the customer....absolutely...
Read more** Just go up another or down another exit and overnight at Walmart. The restroom will be cleaner, the space will be larger, and definitely more quiet.

As a full time traveler I try to review my campground at the end of my visit so that I can give a really well rounded review...however I am posting on day 4 of a 3 month stay because I hope to save someone else from this place.
Wifi is free but works only at the office well, the campground looks straight outta getto, the paved streets are really dirt with a piece of asphalt tossed in here and there, and I'm now on hour 4 with no water with no explanation as to why it's off or when it's expected to be back on, the quiet hours do not exist...this place is always noisy...so not for you if you work nights... the laundry room is nice but I was sitting there waiting to transfer my clothes to a dryer and some lady just started tossing my laundry out and the machine had just quit! There is about a 100 foot square fenced in area and that's pretty much the only place your pets are allowed. ..there is a sign about every 20 feet saying no pets in this area...so they are NOT pet friendly they are pet tolerant. If you are staying more than a week pack your yard tools...it's your responsibility to mow, rake, and keep your lot manicured. And a big FYI is that there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! So if you need to pull in for a night you should be good but I would never recommend this campground for more than an overnight or day or two if it's a necessity ...the pull thrus for an overnighter are much nicer than all other lots, they are fully paved and large enough for the really big motor homes.
BIG EDIT HERE FOLKS!
We have been here almost a month an had 3 yes 3 separate days without water...not an hour or so but ALL day. The crumbling infrastructure is evident. As I stated above if it's more than overnight you may just want to...
