I went to this target a few days ago and I ended up initially spending about $130 as I was ringing up my items there were two outdoor pillows that I had taken a picture of in the back of the store that showed that they were at a discounted price which reflected where the same pillows were sitting on the shelf. When I went to ring up my items they were ringing up at a higher price. I explained the conflict to the cashier and she called a manager. Two managers then came out. One was named Drew. He decided to walk to the back of the store to check on what was on the shelf after I rung up all of my items. I also decided to walk to the back of the store to show them where I got the pillows from, as I was walking to the back I heard the second manager next to him talking about me, she proceeded to say that I was telling them the wrong info and how I was not telling the truth on the pillows. I walked up behind the manager and explain to her that that is not what I was doing and I showed her where the other pillows were sitting on the shelf. They used a special cell phone like device to check the prices on the pillows. The pillows had no tags on them for me to even know what the prices were. I asked them how was I to know what the two prices were if I did not have the special device like them and the lady manager who was so rude in the beginning also gave a flipping comment and said that i also can look at my app to see what the prices are on my app ???? They mentioned that their devices are showing a higher price. I said then then, why are all the other pillows put in this location where the tag shows a much discounted price? The mgrs. would not budge the price. The manager Drew was very respectful throughout my engagement with him. The rude one was the second one. I was very disappointed, and I asked the young lady what her name was and she proceeded to stick out her chest at me so that I would be sure to look at the sticker on her chest, which was so rude. Her name was Becca. She was the one that made this experience so horrible and she made me feel like i was doing criminal activity. I regret even having my purchase of $130. I wanted to return everything that I had purchased but I had to get to another appointment but I was certainly regretful that I spent this money in the store, and I will hope to never come back in the...
Read moreIf I could give this store zero stars, I would! I have been shopping at this Target since I moved to this area(about 9 years ago). I’ve never been treated so poorly! I want to start off by saying that this Target has been recently remodeled and they have changed everything around. So it should be expected for a customer to look around a while until they have found what they are looking for. Anyway, I went there for my usual Friday “Target run”. I only went here with the intention of purchasing a dress; however, when tried the dress on, it didn’t fit. I go and put the dress back on the clearance rack myself (there was no dressing room assistant). Visuals of other merchandise catch my eye(as it should in retail). I move over to the new makeup counter and hair care counter to look over the new merchandise. As I’m looking, I notice a guy in a blue Target shirt walk in my directions. He starts talking with the girls at the counter but I notice that it’s small talk about nothing pertaining to work. The girl at the counter never spoke to me. She never asked me if I needed any help. She just looked at me from the corners of her eyes. I go ahead and pick up a highlighter (makeup), some conditioner for my hair, and razors. However, as I’m moving from the different stations, this guy in the blue shirt is following me and watching me. I go to self checkout (as I always do) and pay for my merchandise with cash. As I’m walking out, he request to see my proof of purchase! And wanted to check my one little bag! As this point I’m furious! I allow him to check but I made him aware that I KNEW he was going to say I was stealing or trying to. I went right to customer service and demanded a full refund! You will not take my money and then accuse me of stealing! Management gets involved and so does the lead security guard (Antonio). He goes on to say that they can check people “at random”, but only during certain times of the day????? I’m now dealing the corporate office to handle this issue. He didn’t give me reason as to why I was “randomly” selected. It wasn’t random. He was watching me and following me. The experience will definitely keep me from giving my money to the...
Read moreTarget, you should NEVER allow Brendon & Laura (3rd party AT&T Reps) in your store again. Others, if you see them at Target or else where, RUN! They do move around to different stores! DO NOT listen to their "promotional offer to switch to AT&T! They do NOT actually represent AT&T, and EVERYTHING we were told was an absolute LIE! I was told they would buy out our current phones from our provider, that we could send in our current phones for trade-in value to be reduced off the S23 Ultra, that the S23 Ultra comes with & without a pen. The cost with pen was $11 a month & and the cost without pen was $5 a month. We did not want the pens & got sent the S23 plus instead. The S23 Ultra ONLY comes with a pen. That the cost for 3 lines would be $150 a month (lie). We were also told there would be no service interruption until we activated the new phones. However, we lost service that very same night (family plan - so 3 lines). And twice since then. This prompted us to go into an AT&T store where we discovered all the lies we'd been told. Oddly, enough at that point we recalled them telling us NOT to go to an AT&T store. Poor cell reception for nearly 2 weeks now & 3 days of no service at all. Countless trips to the AT&T store & countless calls into AT&T. The paperwork we were provided by them has a VIP customer service number - its a fax number!!!! Then we received a nearly $3000 bill from our previous carrier because AT&T DOES NOT BUY OUT PHONES! Needless to say, we're going back to our previous carrier. AT&T is contacting their manager because even they can not believe the lies we were told. That is not the way AT&T wants to be represented. We still have all the paperwork from them , which is all false information! Thankfully, the picture of them because my fiance had a feeling it was too good to be true & told them that. Asked them for a picture (which they graciously posed for), so if everything they said was not true, we could report them to AT&T. If you want to switch carriers, GO TO a CORP STORE or call a legit number!...
