Target Starbucks Morning of Wednesday Oct 9th. Staff was extremely unprofessional, uncooperative, and I guess unskilled. They made my wifeās Frappuccino, but had almost as much left in the blender as in my wifeās Venti cup. My wife asked him for it, he said he had thrown it away. At this point he knows we want the coffee, chocolate, and matcha left in the blender we paid for. As he is making mine. I am talking to him and he turns around and dumps the blender in the sink behind him which I am standing in front of telling him I want the chocolate, coffee, and matcha I paid for he is dumping in the sink. He blew me off with that child like smile that says ā you not the boss of meāGuess what they made a cookie frap instead of a mocha frap. So the young Lady with the black hair that took my order wrong is visibly upset, but makes me a mocha frappe. She puts the blender with a very large amount of frappe in the sink to her left. Also refused to give me all of the coffee, chocolate, and Matcha green tea I paid for. Then when I start explaining and talking to them about it, they are combative and would rather throw it into the sink than give it to us. The guy is just smiling like the cat from Alice in wonder land. Then a skinning young lady comes up and starts explaining to us that a venti is filled up to the top of the Venti cup. Dahhh, I also paid for a venti worth of Coffee, chocolate, and matcha that just got dumped in the sink after I asked for it, but they just pretended to not understand what we were saying. I have allergies and not knowing what I am consuming can be very dangerous to me. I didn't find out until I had seen the one actually making the drink pour what I found out was cream into it. I was upset and told her asked what was in it the drink and that was never mentioned. I wanted a refund not another drink. Neither one knew how to refund a card payment, so they gave me cash back.
