Auzzi gave great customer service. She didn't have to listen to my construction job site story, but she did,about how I quit because the foreman wouldn't wear a nail apron and I was bsin with another construction worker about smart and dumb end on a tape and he took it the wrong way and got psychologically aggressive by telling me I cut a board wrong 3 times in a row and I cut it right the first time come to find out. I was like just cut it right so we can move on to the next but he had to make a point that I had done something wrong and who I did it to, when I meant no harm. I guess if you want to eat don't bite the hand that feeds you, But also on the other hand, if your cabinets full of 🍜 noodle who cares. Hey bro you right. I'm leaving.lol

I have no one to blame but myself. I should be working for myself. That's what I learned from this event. If you keep doing the same thing, your gonna get the same results. Niche before Boss could happen to.

That's why I bought this brand new PlayStation controller and I made sure it was blue because I like the color blue and I'm going to take myself and sit my behind on the couch and play some video games.I bought the protection plan so I can just swap it out in the case of stick drift as Auzzi assured me of the easy process for swap out. I use to hate this GameStop. I came in once around 2010(?) with a buddy and was scolded for speaking too loud and was talked down to by whoever the manager was at the time. Decided to never go back. Fast forward 15 years to the switch 2 release and it's a total 180. The manager is awesome (Stephanie), she spent her own money, HER OWN MONEY Y'ALL, she ordered pizzas, had a doughnut truck show up, a live DJ and had a bunch of attractions. There was trivia with prizes, a Mario kart tournament, cosplay contest, and a raffle for a VR headset. This junk was crazy, while there were some hiccups when it came time to hand out the consoles, they handled it like pros. I may have to start throwing GameStop my business again. Highly recommend...

My preferred GameStop location is Covingon, GA, but this is a decent location. I wasn't harassed with the excessive nagging scripted questions and the overall organization of the store was great. GameStop is notorious for employees moving on, so I can't promise you'll have the same experience as mine upon your visit. I was left alone to look through their games, wasn't suggested any purchase, and was not asked if I wanted to pre-order every upcoming title. Overall...
