I called the store to see if they had planners on hand in which the woman on the phone told me they did. I arrived at Micheals and looked around a bit to see if I could find any on my own, and I couldnāt. Next, I asked the nearest associate where the planners could be, and he said and I quote āsome are over hereā as he pointed to the idle station, āand some over there,ā pointing off into the distance of the store. He looked busy, so I left him alone and went to the first area he pointed at. They were sprawled everywhere and out of the organization. I picked up one and went in search of the other planners and came across another associate in the back. I apologized for interrupting him because he looked busy on the computer he was working on and continued to ask for the location of the planners when he abruptly cut me off, saying, āI canāt hear youā with an attitude. I repeated myself self, and he said, ātheyāre in the frontā With another attitude. I said nothing, but thank you, put the planner that was currently in my hand back where I found it and left. Compassion is a big thing, especially amid this virus, so I am shocked at the nonengagement of the Michaels employees and would not expect this type of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreManager was very helpful, can't remember her name, ugh. There are a few new items and they've moved some things around. I use to know this store like the back of my hand, but not anymore lol. I really appreciate the pictures on some of the tags so there's less confusion. And I like the color coordination throughout the store. You can always find seasonal items, crafting, flowers, kids creating kits, yarn, and much more. Be prepared to check yourself, there's no longer several cashiers upfront, they've been replaced with big self checkout screens. Be sure to check your email for coupons and rewards, and sign up for their rewards program. Sometimes there are online only coupons or savings. You can order online and pick up in store to maximize your savings. But be mindful that the inventory isn't always correct. Online will say out of stock, but the item may be on the shelf in the store, so you may have to call or just go in. You can order the items online while in the stores, but you'll have to wait for your order to go through the system. It's not as many staff available on the floor like there use to be so you may have to walk the store, pull it up online, or try to find a...
Ā Ā Ā Read more:( I really enjoy that they carry the type of materials I use for my art work , but they never re stock their Copic sketch markers . It sucks because I'm a regular to the extreme I've bought most of their marker selection . To make things even more annoying is that I end up purchasing the markers that customers (or who ever does it ) damage :/ it really sucks to see the lack of care and attention towards these art materials . But in all it's disappointing to want to work on your art piece but can't because you run out of a color and your nearest art store doesn't restock their markers :/// ( and what art store doesn't sale art foam wedges , I spent 25 min looking for those ! :/ I'll prob start ordering them online sucks because it takes longer , but I refuse to purchase any art materials from micheals ; due to the lack of knowledge there employees know on certain materials and no restocking ever happens :/ ( for the ones that aren't looking for arts and...
