La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant - McDonough, GA — Restaurant in Georgia

I called and ordered a well done grilled burrito with no beans sub for more rice and they gave it to me without cheese, I ordered a small cheese dip and it did not come in my order, I ordered a supreme burrito with medium well steak and it was well done, I also ordered a passion fruit slush and they gave me a mango one 😳 my entire order was wrong. I called and they put me through to the person who took my order and she claimed that she repeated my order to me, I reconfirmed my order to her because I know that I had taken it wrong. I listened to the conversation and they began to speak in Spanish and they could not agree to resolve anything. The lady assured me that her drink is passion fruit and I, angry, told her that she wants me to put it back because she thought that I was lying. Then she said that the mistake was the bartender's 😳. Finally, my order was completely wrong and she said bring the order and we will make it again for you. This lady thinks that I have nothing to do, that she just says come back and we do it again. I think she must be incompetent and do her job correctly. One pays for a good meal and good service and receives this in return… no kindness. Ahhhh and I understood everything they said in Spanish, lack of professionalism. Instead the manager resolving the problem , instead told the employee to fix the issue told her what to do. Not everyone who lives here speaks only English, there are people prepared who know...

Today for the first time in years I had a bad experience here at this location I place a to go order the gentleman took my name told me it would be ready in 20 mins I git to the restaurant and a lady came up and ask me if I needed help I told her I placed and online order she turn around and the bartender came over to make sure I have an order then looked at me like I was criminal and she and the bartender spoke and he went back to his duties I guess the lady said she didn't have an order by my name I told her what I ordered she found the ticket with a different name apologize and same the noise can confuse ppl I agreed and she life and told me 10 more mins I said no problem and then the mgr came and ask me was I taking care of I said yes but the experience made me feel unwelcome of it I was homeless I have been coming to this establishment for 7 years with my wife and family and this is the 1st time I felt this way I will not return here after my order is complete will try the restaurant in Peachtree Corners may have better response and even now as typing it has been over 10 mins and several take out have been in and out one guy has come twice smh I am gonna have to stop a waitress or a bus person for my order thank you the young lady trying to...

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because we at least received our food. Have lived in McDonough my whole life and this was the go to Mexican spot, service here has deteriorated. Upon walking in, mind you it wasn't busy, we waited 15 minutes. Got seated at a dirty table, were greeted at the 10 minute mark and received our drinks 5 minutes later.. Then had to ask for salsa. Our waitress had one other table which I understand, as a waitress, an 8 top can be stressful. But they weren't running her to death. When we ordered, with only one special request (to leave jalapeños off of my tacos), I was looking forward to the food! When we received the food both of our "soft" tacos were scorched and hard as a rock and low and behold I had jalapeños everywhere. The skirt steak was dryer than anything I had ever eaten and my fried chicken tacos were just barely put together. Sloppily thrown onto the plate. During the visit we watched as the busboys stood around procrastinating before cleaning the tables. Not once were we asked if everything was good. Managers stood together talking.. I understand when I restaurant is busy things can get overwhelming. But I literally observed nothing during the visit to justify everything running...
