I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had! I placed a preorder for some boots in October 2021, apparently there was an issue with the distributor, but I only found out because I had to reach out to the company regarding my order. I was told they would be in by December. Still nothing, then I reach out again in January, and was told I would be refunded, and given a discount/store credit for the inconvenience. I never received anything. I later do get notified the boots have finally arrived, and I can repurchase, considering I never received a refund to begin with, I agree, and it has been a mess trying to receive an invoice from the company. I had originally purchased the boots in October with a discount code, then they try to charge me FULL price, not honoring what I had originally paid, THEN send a different invoice for a random price of $17, and later send another invoice for $136. Cute little store, Usual boutique clothing. I bought a few things just to support the business. I bought a toddler shirt, some earrings, and body butter. The body butter smell horrible when I got home. The crazy thing was the sample didn’t smell old. So I had to go buy some lemon oil and mix it in with the strawberry body butter. It was hard also. Not sure how long this stuff was sitting on the shelf in front of the store but the company should not be selling outdated natural...

The store associates continuously followed me around the store when I visited. She couldn't take her eyes off me.. she profiled me so much she didn't see the two young ladies at the cash wrap who stood there for about 5 mins waiting to check out. I felt so uncomfortable I finally left and will NEVER return again.
