Scoops McDonough — Restaurant in McDonough

I walked in scoops tonight about 8:25 and saw two guys walking out with milkshakes, when I get to the point to order I ask for a milkshake and I am told that they are not doing milkshakes and if I wanted one I would have to wait which means I would have to go wait for all the other people to be helped first, which is piss poor business. Why do I have to wait for others to be helped before I get what I want to order. I waited in line just like everyone else and when I order something that is on the menu I expect to get it. If your out of something or a machine is broken that is one thing, but to not allow me to get a milkshake because your busy is unacceptable. Scoops just lost a recurring customer that frequents this location. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. I WILL STAND OUTSIDE AND TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE BECAUSE OF THIS...

Listen...you need this place in your life. It's magical, majestic, and will immediately whisk you back to your younger days of yore! In fact, this was one of the only places I have ever seen Superman Ice Cream - outside of the old Kmart that my granny used to take me.

Today, I am older, wiser, and know Superman Icecream is nothing more than tye-dye-colored vanilla. But seeing it at Scoops hasn't stopped me from getting it!

Yes, Scoops is that kind of place. Pricing?? Who cares about pricing? If they needed me to pawn my truck, so be it. The experience is worth it. You must try this place.

Cool place to go.. they have lots of candy- I liked that part and the atomsphere/location is inviting. But the ice cream is totally overrated... THEY ACTUALLY HAVE TO BE PUTTING FOOD COLORING IN in the ice cream to enhance the colors... We got like 3 different ones... the flavors were totally off and plain vanilla-ish.. with no real true flavor to the name... The butter pecan, the strawberry (horrible- No real strawberry flavor at all... but it was very pink tho... smh, lol) and the cookie monster... smh ( but my daughter like the blue die on her mouth tho)... Also as we sat down by the window... we seen roaches too, in a place full of nothing but sweets- thats a red flag for me... sooo.... ummmm.......
