I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…Bobbi is a hair GODDESS. I had a platinum balayage (3 bleach sessions Bc natural redhead plus layers and layers of permanent color) and my hair definitely felt like it had been bleached. Bobbi did my 3rd bleach and somehow made it feel amazing. I decided to go back red for the fall and get a Brazilian blowout and let me just tell y’all. BEST CHOICE EVER! My hair has seriously never felt so amazing, you’d never know it was even bleached. Usually about halfway through my day my baby hairs start to curl back up and I’ve got weird flippy pieces everywhere. After my blowout Saturday I haven’t had ANY of that. It stays perfectly straight (or curled) throughout the whole day, even in this crazy humid weather. I will never ever ever go to anyone other than Bobbi ever again. She’s seriously amazing. 16391027/10 recommend. On top of being an amazing hairstylist, she’s SO fun to be around. Always happy and bubbly and just overall an incredible human. I’ve known her for years (idk why I just started going to her for my hair a few months ago instead of when I met her, dumb decision on my part) and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Walking in I was really excited by the bohemian vibe, they've got a small selection of cute jewelry and clothing which I looked for for 15 minutes past my appointment time because my stylist was late for work. When she finally shows, and starts processing my hair she tells me she's got an upper respiratory infection but she got some antibiotics the previous evening. I’ve got an infant at home and definitely wouldn’t chose to be in close contact with a person while they are still in their infectious period but she initially only told me her voice was funky because of seasonal allergy issues.

Got a full foil highlights and root color as well as a trim. The process took 4 hours because the stylist fit in another client during my service. I was incredibly uncomfortable by some of the chit-chat which included casually jesting about busting her step-children's behinds (sorry, I don't find beating children endearing). The end result was decent, my roots were more brassy than I would have liked but the cost was a whopping $216.30 before tip ($195 highlight & base + $15 toner + 3% "convenience fee").

Today I had my first experience here and I will absolutely be back! The salon was so spacious as I love their Halloween decorations. Now about my stylist. I have ALLLLL the praise for Kelsey. She discussed my hair goals with me before my appointment but today went above and beyond. I desperately needed a color correction and thought it would take no fewer than 2 or 3 sessions. But Kelsey kept me in her chair for as long as it took for me to get where I wanted (and to keep my hair healthy). Throughout the process she consistently made sure I was comfortable and she gave me exactly what I was wanting.
