It is for sure this folks will never see me again. When I first called them about the repair of my espresso machine, they said it takes about a week to have it fixed. I called one more repair place and their wait was 2 weeks to I opted for these guys.
Well, it took them 2 weeks just to tell me what was wrong with it. In the meantime I called them a couple of times, left messages, and they never called back. Later, their excuse was that one of those calls was placed “after hours”?? And the reason for not getting to the machine was that the repair guys called in sick etc.
Anyway, the parts were already on order and should be in in few days. I placed few more phone calls and listened to more apologizing and excuses, the parts are not in yet, etc. Those parts are readily available on Amazon, and if I have ordered them myself I would have had them in 4-5 days.
After a month I had enough of it and just went to pick the machine up. The boss was not there and the guy who happily collected my 85$ for doing no repairs told me that if I wanted to wait until the next day, the boss “might be able to do something for me”. I just took the machine and left.

Upon returning the machines to our location, I asked the technician to calibrate one of the machines to the same specs as the other machine. He refused and said the machine is "perfect". If both machines are spitting out different amounts for the same button, I don't understand how they could both be "perfect". Anyway, he left and I emailed the company asking them to send someone out to do what the other guy refused to do. I figured they'd have some sort of guarantee on the satisfaction of the work performed but apparently they don't. They still wanted to charge me. At this point i told the guy "I'm not going to pay you to fix a job that wasn't done right the first time considering the tech refused to do what I asked." They responded saying, "alright, we will send someone out Monday".
