I had to stop here because I’m a DoorDash or and I had to pick up an order. So on my way, I placed an order for myself through the app for cinnamon buns. When I arrived, I informed the girl that I was picking up a DoorDash order, but that I also got something for myself and that I would wait until they were both done. For some reason this pissed the manager right off. To the point where she took my Cinnabon’s out way too early and served me raw dough with icing on it. So obviously, I called back and informed them that it’s literally dough and she tells me to bring it back and she’ll replace it. I reminded her that I’m working and I wasn’t sure when I could get back to the store if at all today, she said that was fine. The next day I called because again couldn’t make it back there and some new female manager tells me she can’t replace them because I didn’t come yesterday. They both have disgusting attitudes. I have no idea how they were even hired for these positions but all of this over Cinnabon‘s because you were mad that you had to make them while I was standing there? Outrageous! I then called Corporate and I now have to wait 48 hours for response to their treacherous behavior And the fact I was served literal raw dough. Jennifer Walzer, who is the GM there, is a disgusting person, who provided horrible customer service. She should be fired for her behavior. It's very sad that Pizza Hut apparently has such extremely LOW standards. I spoke to her superior, Cindy, at a different location. She claims she is processing a refund for my disastrous order, as well as supposedly going to speak to Jennifer about her behavior. Hmm. Too little, too late, ad far as I'm concerned. Read morePlaced an order via the Pizza Hut app. I kept refreshing to see my order was more than just received. After it still read received when my order should have been delivered already, I called the location. I held for 10 minutes because I selected 2 to check on an existing order. I had to hang up and call as if placing a new order. The very rude and unprofessional woman on the phone said that my order just went out and that I should be receiving in 20 minutes. I asked if the app is not working and she said they don't communicate via app because they fired their drivers and only use door dash (even though my order was not via door dash). I let her know that I am over due my delivery and she responded well if you don't receive it in 20 mins call us back. When I asked what happens then and she responded with, we will make your order again, bye, click. Mind you it is already after 10pm at this point and this is to feed my kids after an all day football tournament that we are in town for.
