Bad customer service. The girl that works there lied to me about not having anymore of the anime character lamps. She told me that there was only the one last Mikey that she had on display so I bought it. Mind you, I was saying out loud how I wished that it was a different character. But still I decided to buy it and went to a different store. On my way back from the other store something told me to look back inside Echo. And low and behold, there was a completely different light up anime character on display. I was very upset seeing that and I went in there and asked her if I can return my Mikey lamp because she told me that there wasn’t anymore. She gave me a weird look and said that she thought that I was talking about if there are any more Mikey lamps and that there wasn’t but again, I said it out loud that I wish that it wasn’t a Mikey character. So, she lied to me just to make a sale but I don’t get why she didn’t tell me that she had others one too. I ended up exchanging my Mikey for the one that is on display because i liked that anime character better but I am very upset and disappointed that she lied about what they had. I hope Echo and there employees can do better because that is not okay. Also, if you guys see a lamp on display at the register and you ask if there are any more and she or whoever else says no, don’t...

Not impressed. Another review mentioned at least they were trying. I only see trying to scam those who don't know better. Just about everything in the store is fake, but not all priced that way. Most of the stuff was obvious based on the crappy paint jobs, but the stuff that looked maybe legit you can't get a good look at cause the one staff there is too busy talking to a regular about drinks. But she was quick to make sure I knew not to touch when i was trying to straighten a figure I bumped. And the pillow cases had fan art on them that I'm sure was not approved for selling based on the rest of the merch quality. I didn't take a good look at the wall scrolls or posters, but they had a bunch of buttons that looked more like homemade that official. Even the plush were all off colors and questionable quality. It really irks me when people try to trick people with overpriced knock offs. Thanks, but I'll save my money for...

I am not customer of this store, but this morning the employee of this store was very disgusting in her treatment to an older serve needs man. This older man was my brother who has a seizure disorder, Cerbal Palsy, and multiple other disorders. She repeatedly laughed, stared at my brother, then enjoyed laughing and talking about my brother the Canibas technician next door to her. I finally caught her eye. This did not phase her at all. It was comical to her. My parents watched as this continued. They witness the spectical that she displayed. This was about 10:45ish. If you are owner of this store I would recommend talking to your employee who was there today. It was childish behavior and this does not help a store...
