I would not recommend this store to anyone. I purchased a chest which was the last one on the floor which was an as-is item. I inspected the item before I bought it, and it was in decent shape, but when I came back to pick it up, it had large noticeable scuffs on it that were not there before and a couple of slight cracks. The store owner/manager (Cecilia) told me that it was there when I bought it, and I was like no it was not due to I would have not purchased it off the floor. It was in decent shape when I saw it on the floor with a bare minimum scuff. All of the employees were like they didn't do it and kept saying that all items were as-is. It is one thing to buy something as-is, but I do not think that it is fair to still have to purchase an item if something happened to it after the fact in a company's stockroom or etc. It looked as if a few things had scraped across the dresser and the scuff marks were extremely noticeable which were not there at first. They kept asking me if they wanted me to take it back in the store, but as the owner/manager stated, I would not be able to get a refund, so of course my obvious answer had to be to go ahead and load the item due to I had already paid for it. They also don't offer exchanges. And on top of that, the lady (cecelia/manager/owner) had to hand write my receipt. The item I purchased was almost $200. Who wants to lose that type of money? Not me, so I had no choice but to keep it due to their policies. I would advise to ask them about their written warranty policy due to it was never offered to me. If you decide to get an item here, make sure to get it the same day or anything can happen to it during the time at their store which they will not take ownership of anything that happens to it!!!! You will still have to buy it in any as-is condition that they present to you regardless of you knowing how it looked before your purchase or take a picture of every aspect of your item...

First of all when me and my girlfriend walked in the store we were greeted by two EMPLOYEES using very loud and vulgar language although the front desk clerk Jason was very courteous and professional during the process. I ordered a sofa and love seat and was told it would be brand new. The order came as expected but as I inspected it I saw a very large rip in the sofa’s right side. I spoke with the store manager and advised her of the inconvenience, then asked her if it could be replaced with another model of the same or replaced with a new one of the same price. She denied my request and stated I have already bought it and it would be a processing issue on replacing the couch. My only other option was to get the couch that was on display .. who wants a couch everyone has been sitting on and playing with “COVID” , “MONKEY POX” .. I was told I was getting new funiture! And that is what I paid for and was intending to get!!! Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your money on this poor excuse for a funiture store I have never wrote a review in my life but I can’t let anyone go through what I went through
I entered the store and was immediately greeted by David and one other employee who were wonderful. They showed me nightstands and assisted me and I had purchased two within 20 minutes. However, after checking out as I was leaving the assistant manager, Kevin, said the price I was quoted was incorrect and informed David I had to pay the difference. I told him that was fine, but then Kevin was very rude about the miscommunication. He ruined the entire experience and I returned both dressers and left the store empty handed. This review is a direct representation of Kevin and Kevin alone, as the other employees were gracious and apologized for the inconvenience. Kevin lacked basic communication skills and immediately blamed me for not being clearer with the color of the items I wanted (even though I had taken a picture to show the exact items and been informed by two individuals the price was $129/dresser not $159/dresser).
