I don't even know how to start this review, If I could give yall 0 stars and just write a review I would. I've been to this beauty supply store twice and both times I had a bad experience therefore I will not be returning. The first time I bought wig glue and a few other items, the employee there at the time saw my face and even spoke to me. l returned home with the glue to find that it was open and it was old and horrible quality, so I tried to exchange It I come back the very next day with the glue in the bag as well as my receipt. The same employee from before was there. I explained to him that the glue was open and not sealed and it was old . I told him understood he couldn't do anything about a refund but I just wanted to exchange it for something better or the same price. He was for better words completely unhelpful and didnāt try to give me any solutions, so I just took the glue and left. Today me and my sister go to the same beauty supply store we enter and there is a man and a woman standing at the counter, me and my sister head to wig section the woman follows us back there a few minutes later. Which at first we didnāt pay any mind but we she started to get closer and seemingly constantly watching it made us a bit uncomfortable⦠she could clearly tell from our reactions we felt uncomfortable with her doing that⦠every time she got closer we told her multiple times thank you we will let you know if we need any help. Hoping she would stop. Despite that she continued following us around and watching us and whenever we would look at her she would pretend like she was was working/straightening up something... it got to the point we just decided to leave. I wholeheartedly understand if making us uncomfortable wasn't her objective but maybe giving your customers space to look around isn't such a bad idea⦠But according to yall other reviews it seems like following your black customers around/ making them uncomfortable is something yall like to do on the regular. If you don't want black people buying from you especially black women don't own a beauty supply store ? Or i don't know how about not move to a predominantly black...

RUDE!! I've already been bothered by the way they watch and follow you around the store! However, today was the last straw!
One of the employees made my 3 year old baby cry! Being a curious 3 year old she picked up a tube of lip gloss and began to open it while I was looking at a product. The employee runs up to her and starts say no no no and taking it out of her hand.
1st I want to say that I am a business owner and that I understand protecting the product. However, there's a way to do things, especially involving a baby. She could have simply said no baby or tapped me and informed me that she had the product. Not you being a stranger running up to a 3 year old baby saying no, no, no with an elevated tone!
I then ask the cashier to speak with the owner or manager. She says why, why, owner not here, what's your problem as if I was bothering her!
I said your attitude is my problem, you all are rude. I'm a customer that has been patronizing your business for years! She then says well you need to watch your baby. I politely told her to keep the products and walked out of the store. Never to return!
While walking out my baby said I never want to come here no more! If a baby feels how unwelcoming they are imagine how they...
Ā Ā Ā Read more(I'm posting under my husband's name.) I bought a $150 wig from here and it was basically damaged when I got it. Out the box I noticed there were tracks in the top of the wig that had pieces of hair that were an inch long, they looked like the hair had been cut. After a week the ends were so shabby, I took it back up there only to be told it wasn't human hair, but a blend. That's not what I was told when I bought it. The wig lady offered me a discount on a new wig, and today I got it. The whole time I was there picking out a new wig she treated me like crap, complaining about having to give me a discount SHE offered ME. It was embarrassing. She just kept going on and on, taking about the managers and how they wouldn't do this for me. She even said "Sorry, well I'm not sorry because it's not my fault"! She lost a loyal customer by acting like it was my fault they sold a wig under the guise of it being human hair. I've never been treated so badly in my life. She lost a whole lot more money than that little discount. I would have spent way more money there in the future if she weren't...
