I probably could've written a good review of Dr. Lee except for one person. Since it's been a couple of years that I was there, I finally decided that I needed to let Dr. Lee know how I felt the few times going there. I did like Dr. Lee but it was her dental assistance that basically humiliated me, I believe on the first or second visit. Her assistant made me want to cry with some of the things she said. The next visit or it could've of been the third visit, I don't remember but I remember getting ready to leave and her assistant caught me out in the hallway and put her arm around me, that was when a few of the other employees came down the hall. The assistant called out "here she is!" I didn't really get it at first but then later on I realized she was telling the other employees that "I" was the person (that she probably gossiped to them about). Now the dental hygienist was very easy to talk to and I liked her very much. I realize now I should've written a review back in 2017 but I was too embarrassed about the visits. I'm not saying the assistant was ugly at all, I think she just did not act in a professional way in dealing with a patient. I mean Dr. Lee was there the fist time the assistant said something to me, as I'm pretty sure she heard what she said to me. I would think that she would have reprimanded her for it and to act more professional. Like I said, I don't think the assistant is in any way an ugly type of person but I believe she speaks before she thinks and she should know when to keep her mouth shut. After this, I stopped going to this dentist. I just didn't want to be embarrassed anymore. So, Dr. Lee, this is why I don't come to...
Read moreI have a dentist phobia, which I keep to myself, because I’m really keen on seeing how an office treats their “regular” clientele. You know - to ensure that I’m not being treated well because they know I have this issue. This was my first visit with Dr. Ginski, and even in scheduling the appointment - the staff was very courteous over the phone and even more so in person.
Dr. Ginski was VERY comprehensive in his exam. He actually took pictures - with his phone - of my smile and the inside of my mouth (upper and lower teeth). He then showed me the pics and walked me through every single tooth to let me know his thoughts on each of them. I was able to visually see some of the issues we talked about, which made me feel secure in that the treatments being suggested were REALLY needed. It’s just something to see it for yourself, you know?
Dr. Ginski manually inspected my jaws, face, and head to make sure I didn’t have any bone issues. I’ve never had a dentist do any of that before, and his demeanor/approach/bedside manner was VERY personable. The hygienist wasn’t in the day of my visit - so guess what? Dr. Ginski cleaned my...
Read moreOmg, this office was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all very kind. I was a new patient at Ginski Family Dentistry, the office is clean and welcoming. They are located off park on white station across from the crunch fitness center. The dental assistant took lots of pictures and the dentist came in and explained each and everyone and told me what he recommended me to do to bring my smile back. I must be honest I had been a while since I have seen a dentist and they did not make me feel bad about putting my oral health on the back burner, but they did inform me of the risk of not having a dental hygiene routine. My dental hygienist was so sweet, she had the cutest hair clamp that was in the shape of a tooth which is perfect for her profession, and I thought it was so cool. Now that I have insurance I will be seeing you guys often. THANK YOU so much for today. May God bless this business and the family and staff that run it....
