The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Memphis

First of all, I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. I decided to treat my grandchildren to a Honey Baked Ham in which they have never had. I had been bragging to them how it was the BEST EVER!!!! Well, I ordered the 9-9.99lb ham with the bone in and a Pecan pie ($19 too much!) The ham was extrememly dry and the glaze on top was black!!!! Clearly this was an OLD HAM!!!! My total cost was $144.36! Futhermore, I thought this was supposed to be a whole ham! I am so dissappointed. My grandchildren do not know since they have not had one before, but they don't like it because it is so dry/OLD! I feel like a FOOL! It is hard enough that this generation does not respect the elderly and feel we don't know anything. Well, they wanted McDonalds and I told them they deserve better than that today! I wanted to treat them to what I felt as being the BEST!!!!!! Times have surely changed! I bet had I came in to get such an order, it would have been on point. I am noticing how many restuarants will send whatever to customers who order...

The manager and cashier Diane ruined my Christmas! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had! I preordered a ham thinking if I paid in advance that it would be easier than standing in line for hours hoping to get a ham before they run out. It didn't matter I had a 8:00 am reservation for my paid ham. Just to be to leaving at 8:11 with no ham for my Christmas dinner! The manager never offered her name or help because she was deep in a personal conversation on her cell made sure I understood she could care less about my dissatisfaction and disappointment. If you ever want a honeybaked ham for a special occasion. Do not I repeat DO NOT trust this location on Park Avenue in Memphis TN to come through for your family or corporate needs!! Oh my God, I am so disappointed. I picked up my turkey breast meal yesterday. It was frozen once it unthaw it was not flavorful when l warmed it up. The other items I purchased were very salty. I’m just so disappointed!!! I spent over $100 for this meal for my son and I it was very disappointing. I would’ve done better just going to Kroger and simply cooking something myself. I usually buy this turkey breast meal each year. I think this will be my last disappointing . I can’t say it enough. You all deserve a rating of zero for this meal. What a waste of my money.!!...
