Firehouse Subs East Gate — Restaurant in Memphis

I visited the Firehouse sub restaurant located at 7111 Southcrest Parkway in Southhaven on 4/16/19, I ordered two sandwiches to go and when I got home neither sandwiches had cheese on it, I immediately called the restaurant back and advised the restaurant employee and he told me come back to the store with the receipt to speak with the manager. I returned the next day with the receipt and I was told by a young employee that the video showed my sandwiches were made we with cheese. I was shown a video which did not reflect that my sandwiches were made with cheese. This concern was expressed to the employees. I was treated like a thief and basically told I lied about my sandwiches. I spent 20 dollars on these sandwiches and the ordered was handled poorly and I was highly upset that I was accused of not being honest. I will never return to this location for any business. This location is hit or miss. Sometimes I get good results, but this last time, not great. I placed an order for pickup, gave them an hour to get it ready. I was exactly on time, but they had not even started it yet. It was a multi sandwich order. So I had to wait for all the people that had placed orders at the counter before they even started my order that was placed well in advance. So my order was 15 minutes late being ready. Also, I would not bother ordering extra of any fixings. It doesn't appear to make the slightest bit of difference. For example, I order regular black olives on one sandwich and extra on another. I got seven pieces on the regular sandwich and 5 pieces on the extra. Makes no sense. I ordered one with no onion, got Onion. Ordered extra lettuce and tomato on one, got the exact same amount on both. Granted they seemed busy, but how do you ignore the order right in front of your face while you are...

You stopped in there about a week ago at that location for the first time since relocating here to Memphis very clean plenty of friendly staff ready to take your order their food is always good plus they have Rewards discount coupon scan app that you can download and continue to earn points per sub sandwich soup you name it they got it their pastrami Reuben sub is amazing and don't forget their famous pickles you can buy a 5 gallon bucket of it bit excessive but if you do a certain percentage that goes to help families in need highly recommend them mostly call in orders and pick up from what I see but they are open decent parking out front there is a handicap spaces for those that need...
