No confirmation email from purchase, no shipping email, 50/50 customer service on phones from staff. I got great service from the workers there answering phones, subpar service from management. Multiple times management was supposed to call me after giving associates my info and it never happened. Other than that I did get great customer service from Taylor and another gentleman who's name I don't recall unfortunately because I'd like to give dude a shoutout as well for doing good by me as a customer.

So management needs to give more effort for the customers, after never getting a call back multiple times I did finally get results not via a callback but from the employees on the ground level doing a lot to assist me as a customer.

5* from the employees I dealt with. 1* from the management, maybe 2 if I wanna be nice since I finally got results but heck it wasn't management giving the results it was the other guys going above and beyond for me. So no, not 2 even they need to step their game up, they must feel too comfortable in their positions since they didn't wanna be bothered to help a customer until multiple attempts were made and an employee even then had to go the extra mile to make even that happen.

Great experience! Came into town on vacation and got the opportunity to visit. The staff were helpful to both older and younger crowds. Purchased a Morant jersey and it was a great quality product. I visited when there were no games going on, so FYI if you come and there's no current Memphis games you wont have aceess to the stadium area (think concession stands areas and ticket booth auditorium).
