DON’T BUY YOUR T-SHIRTS OR SOUVENIRS HERE! Bought a t-shirt tried it on and the large fit like a muscle shirt. Drove 57 miles round trip to exchange the t-shirt it was in their bag with the receipt. The ignorant lady wanted to argue from “jump street”. First, she asked if I had worn the shirt …….no ma’’am I tried it on. Then she complained that it was wrinkled. Ah yeah it had been in a plastic bag in the car in the heat.

Long story short she refused to exchange the large for an XL. She said “I could come back and see the General Manager…..another 57 mile round trip. Instead I disputed the charge with my credit card company ……..AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN……and I will NEVER take any of my many relatives that come to town to Memphis Music EVER!!! I was a visitor to this store on 8/8/23 & I purchased somethings for myself when it came time to check out the older lady at the counter seem to have an attitude because she wasn’t paying attention during the transaction she tried to make it seem like I didn’t pay and I had to tell her what it said on the screen it was waiting for her not me so before I could tell her I wanted debit she canceled it so that I had to do it over again.
