All I can say is Sherbert is awesome! I must admit that during my initial consultation, I was nervous and did not know what to expect, however Sherbert was very professional, and I knew she knew her stuff when start asking me questions about my hair just from looking at my hair through the camera during the consultation. Out of everything discussed on the consultation, what caught my attention the most was, was when Sherbert shared, that if I could not or was willing to commit to the process in advance, that it was going to take to get to my limitless natural hair, she was straightforward that she was not going to be able to take me on as a client because she not only wanted to just do my hair for me but she wanted to educate me on my hair, the products that she used on my hair, the techniques to get the best out of my hair and most importantly educate me on how to maintain my natural hair at home so I will know how to do my hair myself and don't have to feel that I have to be fully dependent on going to beauty shop to maintain my natural hair. I was very skeptical when I started the process but, I have learned how to maintain my natural hair at home and I am confident that I can even maintain it when I travel now without feeling like I just have to go to the beauty shop. Although, Sherbert has taught me how to maintain my natural hair at home, I will still be going in to the shop to see her. I can honestly say that this process has been a great investment and experience and Sherbert knows her stuff when it comes to natural hair. A salon that is centered around solving hair issues is exactly what I was looking for, so I was relieved when I found this salon. Sherbet is by far the most knowledgeable stylist I have worked with in years. I am very picky about who does my hair, but she made me feel comfortable, safe and in good hands. My entire experience with her has been nothing but positive.

Once I signed up, I immediately received discounts and well wishes. Following that I had my virtual consultation with Sherbet, which went better than I anticipated. She constructed a plan for my hair concerns, gave me a breakdown of her suggestions and the packages available to me. I scheduled a pick-up for my detox kit and the rest is history. My first salon visit was relaxing, educational and reassuring. I gave her the reins, but she kept me included the entire time. She cut off all of my damaged hair and really catered to what hair I had left. She gave me another bag of goodies and explained how to maintain my hair at home for the best results. Now I am on my journey back to healthy hair. I adore my cut and love my curls. I cannot wait to go back for some color.

I would like to give a GREAT BIG HALLELUJAH SHOUT OUT to LIMITLESS NATURALS SALON owner creator, CEO Sherbert Ratliff!!! Never and I do mean NEVER, in my many years of going to the beauty salon have I ever experienced a stylist who took a genuine interest in my hair. Her approach to hair care is unprecendented. She takes the time to educate and explain in layman's terms the science behind the products, the affect to the hair and provides instruction on how to maintain at home. Yall, she teaches a technique for applying the products. For something as simple as shampoo, I never considered a technique. Who would have thunk! I am a Natural with coarse hair. My hair stopped holding moisture, wouldn't style and so on. No matter what product or homemade concoctions used, my hair was being defiant and I was getting very annoyed and knew something had to give. So my search for a stylist for natural hair led me to this review. My hair is absolutely beautiful.
